Stayed on the second floor, lots of noise from third floor all night.

Staff is so friendly and helpful!

I can’t thank this hotel and their staff enough for their kindness. After being forced to leave the motel across the street, I was outside in the Texas heat with my children and had nowhere to go while I waited for a friend to bring the deposit. Instead of turning us away, the staff allowed us to wait safely in the lobby until I could pay the deposit and check in. That simple act of compassion meant more than they probably realize. During a very stressful time, they treated us with dignity and understanding. Thank you for showing kindness when my family needed it most. I truly appreciate your hospitality and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for caring staff and great customer service.

Sammy was very helpful to make sure I had a handicap room and greated me everte I left and came back

Decent stay, clean rooms.

The room was clean but smelt moldy. Staff was nice.

There was no breakfast!! There was no breakfast. There was no shampoo/conditioner in the room. There was no coffee pot in the room. There was no hairdryer in the room. I was required to leave my drivers’ license at the office as security in order to “borrow” a hair dryer. We were required to leave a $60 CASH deposit at check in to cover any possible loss of property (towels, linens, etc). It was returned after inspection by staff when checking out. Very disappointing stay.

No coffee pot, which I didn't read in the reservation. Hall smelled funky. Too much partying outside our window at night. Saving grace...A/C worked great. Staff at desk, friendly when we arrived...not a word as we left... Not worth $200+ a night.

Location of the hotel was okay. Lots of restaurants. Inside the facility was very old and dated. There was a roach crawling on the microwave in our room.

Breakfast items was water down coffee, toast, cold cereal. I did not see anything else being offered. Dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door, no hand soap

I liked the convenience of the location because it is right by the Texas A&M University campus. I really liked that the hotel is pet friendly and that is the reason that I booked there. Also, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast at the hotel could definitely be improved.

As usual my room key was waiting and had no wait time check in was a breeze.

It's worth the price.

Good hot water Vent didn’t work property needs to be remodeled and it wasn’t worth the price that I paid and we only stayed one night. We got the room for two nights, but we only stayed one and they wouldn’t reimburse us for that second night
