The attentiveness of the staff. They were kind enough to allow my wife and I to check in early.

It has free electric car chargers. Very good breakfast too.

Good customer service from the front desk, the room has cigarette burns on the carpet that's the only reason I didn't give a 5 star, oh and the pancakes for breakfast tasted a little like flour. But overall the stay was good.

Breakfast was great! People cleaned the room well. I was overcharged for the room for the two nights we stayed, and instead of being helpful to correct the matter, I was told by staff to take care of it through the booking.com website. The hotel made the mistake!

Close to school activities. Quiet, easy, free indoor parking, free ample breakfast. Good A/C and hot water. Overall new appearance.

Staff was great and very helpful. The gentleman working at the bar was fantastic and was very accomadating to our group who was watching the Spurs game while we were in town.

My room smelled really bad would not be coming again

My biggest negative, was the dining- very kind hostess/waitress, however, the food (grilled chicken sandwich) was horrible! Not only was the piece of chicken like rubber, but it was tiny. Wouldn’t even fill half of the entire bum. Flavor was not good…an I couldn’t nor wouldn’t eat more than two bites. The fries tasted like old grease and were soaked and shiny with grease! Very displeased, and concerned I was going to end up being sick- However, my daughter lived her tomato basil soup! So that was a positive. Breakfast was fine, but I was def a little weary as to what to expect after the dinner the night before. Huge waste of money on that non edible sandwich. ;). But this wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.
