Has a bit of construction going on but still a nice place to stay

Nothing, the beds were stained, it smelled bad in the room, first room we got had a broken handle Everything

The location. I needed a handicapper room and want available my poop money has climb stairs and was in so much pain. When we got there there was remodeling being done and nails all over the parking lot. We had a bad experience.

Quiet and spacious. Water in shower runs to fast

There was an issue with my payment through xpedia but they took care of everything. Really appreciate it.

No breakfast Hotel was not like the one on Internet. Sense its been remodel, no breakfast was giving. Should of mentioned something online. Tub was dirty. Overall stay for 1 night was ok.

The room is really small, we saw cockroaches on the beds…. Cleaning can improve a lot! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Surprise #2: Again, not made aware at check in. When I went to take a shower, I found out that the spigot’s lever did not work. Making it impossible to take a shower. Add to that, lightbulb on one one stand lamps not working, very bed pillows, bed was ok.? No Kleenex anywhere..,Yesh, NOT GOOD!!! Location and the friendliness of the maids. Reception personnel could take a lesson from them.

I realize that Rodeway Inn would not be a five star hotel but what I saw when we pulled up in the parking lot made us turn around and leave. The building looked abandoned! There was glass all over the parking lot, the front door had a sheet covering it, the sign was missing. There was a sign saying they were open and to go to Room xxx instead of the front lobby. What?! There was no mention of any construction when I booked. This place looked very scary. I was not going to get out and talk to anyone. My son and I left. I will post pictures if it allowed on the next page. Of course, there was no way to get a refund.

The process of getting my entrance key and the process of leaving the next day. My shower didn't work, so I think the rooms need to be checked for that type of things before issuing rooms out to customers.

Nothing Everything, how are you going to advertise a pool and when we show up it’s literally green. There is trash spilling out onto the floor in every hall, even most of the hall walls have hole in them. Staff is rude and doesn’t understand the meaning of cleanliness.

Very quiet and relaxing Checking the rooms before the guest arrives to make sure toiletries are intact enough towels and wash clothes are available and lastly make sure the rooms are fresh and smells good I recommend lysol spray. It

Do not stay here. The property pictures in the profile look nothing like the property. After checking in and driving around the property, that was under construction, we booked at another hotel.

Nothing Poor accommodations looked like they were deteriorating. Not clean at all

Absolutely worse hotel ive ever attempted to stay at, the pictures are all lies, rooms are disgusting, water stains on walls from leaks, you can smell mildew/mold in the rooms as soon as you walk in. I couldnt even stay the one night with my kids there I couldnt guarantee there saftey in the room and definitely out of the room.
