Weather turned in us during a road trip. This was close to highway, reasonable price point, and clean. The breakfast is simple continental/to go items, but good. There was a chain restaurant next door if you want something more.

Can tell the room needed to be aired out. And the bed needs to be replaced

Bed sheet, cover, and pillow are not replaced, which make my skin ichy.

Dissatisfied with both Expedia and the hotel here. I reserved a room last minute a good distance out of st. Louis as prices for the night we're outrageous. It was late and upon check in I was informed I accidentally booked a smoking room . The hotel staff said I would have to talk to Expedia regarding the change of the room. I did. Expedia called the hotel. The Expedia representative was actually very rude to the staff in addressing the situation which didn't help my situation. I overheard their conversation and the reps tone was very condescending while the hotel staff was attempting to be polite. Neither side proposed a solution and I decided to just stay which didn't make me feel any better given my child was with me and I wouldn't knowingly book a smoking room by myself and even less when traveling with my child. In the morning, the continental breakfast was limited to just one yogurt per person which I've never seen happen at any hotel with the poor staff member running around and checking over every single person going to the small kitchen area. Never going there again and would hope for some kind of return for my experience.

Absolutely nothing Upon arrival I was charged $100 deposit after already paying for the room through booking.com. After getting into the room, there was dirty bedding and signs of bedbugs. They tried to tell me it was only stains on the bedbug covers. either way they should’ve been changed and replaced. everything in the room was very old and dingy. Very muggy smelling room. the swimming pool is covered up. Basically a dirty roach motel . The girl at the front desk tried to tell me the photos I showed her were from a different hotel. Even though it was time stamped and marked with their hotel. The manager even told me I should’ve paid for a high dollar hotel if that’s what I was wanting. They still have not released my refund that they told me they would give me., as we did not stay at this facility. I was not sleeping nor letting my two little girls sleep in a bed that showed signs of bedbugs.

It was very minimal. In fact, we went down to get it. And there was nothing out, then the front person brought very minimal out at that point Expected a little bit more.But i appreciate the same bite sized, but where are minnis

Nothing The carpet was dirty and felt greasy the sheets had blackstuff on them. The pillows stunk. Breakfast was chocolate and powdered donuts (3 in a package), coffee,juice,and yogurt. The ice room was full of dead bugs and smelled like cigarette smoke. We had to park behind a Denny’s restaurant. Did not have a safe feeling. Think I am giving up booking.com. They have junk.

Nothing The swimming pool was closed

This place is run down and disgusting. My shoes actually got stuck to the floors in my room several times. There was a dirty sock from a previous guest on the floor. The hallways had a shopping cart in it. The rooms was super musty and stinky, i don't think they run the air conditioning most of the time so it probably is moldy, and it certainly smelled like it. The orange juice was nasty, I'm not sure it was orange juice. The overall vibe was extremely sketchy, it looked like a place drug dealers got busted on cops shows. Pros: The wifi and the fridge worked well. There were little yogurts and prepackaged donuts for breakfast.
