The staff at this property was bar none, they were awesome. 👍

There were several very loud obnoxious weed smoking Americans. In our wing of the hotel. Of course if you like the smell of weed and Loud obnoxious people fighting early in the morning till all hours of the night then you would have probably had a pretty good Stay. We have stayed here a few times and each time it gets worse.

It was an average room but not the quality that I expected from a hotel with the name of Hilton attached. There was blood on the underside of the comforter so we were unable to use it. The attached bar was nice. The breakfast should have been included. I prepaid for the breakfast when I booked online but they seemed surprised by the option and still brought a $37 bill to the table for 2 breakfasts. The breakfast options are few and not worth the price. Not the worst stay but would personally consider other options next time.

My only critique would be that the property is dated and kind of run down. The rooms were clean but dated and a bit tattered: worn down trim, scratches, old tile and vanities, etc. the hallways that are carpeted are worn and stained. For the price point we paid I would hope for a more upscale appearance

-Lobby area seemed nice and appeared clean. However, hallways, elevator, and room were a different story. Carpets were older, stained, and had a slight odor. Room needed some updating as well. Bedding was clean.

The room I booked was listed as a double room with a queen bed and a sofa bed, since my reservation was for three people; however, upon arrival, I was informed that this was a mistake and the property doesn't actually have that type of room. The staff provided excellent service. The room itself was fine—though it only had two beds—but the bathroom wasn't very clean; the sink didn't drain properly and had a leak. The towels were quite worn and yellowed; they really ought to be replaced. Although I had booked an option that included breakfast, I ended up having to pay for it separately. While it was worth the cost because the food was excellent, this should be clearly noted in the reservation so guests are aware.

This place needs to be closed down immediately. So many things were wrong. Dirty mattress. Tv didn’t work. Leaking ceiling to where they had a bucket in the middle of the hallway. Torn bed frame. Dirty chair cushion. Just absolutely nasty. The only reason the staff was rated okay because when I asked for my money back they didn’t give me any issues. This stay was so disappointing. The worst hotel stay ever.

The proximity to the venue was great. It is close to some good restaurants. If I pay almost three hundred dollars a night for a hotel, I expect the place to be spotless. This hotel is gross and needs to be updated. The A/C did not work in the first room I was given. I always check for bedbugs by pulling back mattress pad. When I checked at this location, there was a fitted sheet and mattress pad, but no mattress protector, and the mattress had stains all over it. It was disgusting. The carpet was filthy, the couch was stained, there was dust and dirt on the platform that held the mattress. They either had the A/C off in the lobby, or it wasn’t working. The bathroom was dirty. I will never stay at this property again. I expected a higher standard because this property is owned by Hilton. Wow was I wrong.

Old rooms. Carpets could be cleaner. The bathroom with the door blocking the shower is a maneuvering annoyance.
