The Lobby area was unkept, the breakfast area was filthy, the food was designed for children. The elevator area was dirty in all the corners, old run down flooring and walls. Needs replacement of flooring and a deep clean with a good paint job.

Clean rooms good breakfast. Good location near by other hotels and restaurants!

Stayed four nights on 2nd floor. Could hear the footsteps of patrons in room above. Otherwise, a good trip. Breakfast was ok, but staff was accommodating,

They questioned us on our service animal and overall it was unclean. The staff was friendly though.

Clean and cheaper than most

The rooms where clean but could use some updating and staff were friendly and helpful during our one night stay. We had no issues with the parking. The breakfast was a bit sparce when I went down around 8am but maybe they were in between filling up things. They had plenty of tea and coffee which was the important thing for me. Overall, it was a nice stay at this hotel.

Parking was scarce, Electrical workers at the same location parking sideways

A/c was under rated for room, room was right next to ice machine so the three people getting ice at 6:00 am on Saturday…I got the share there experience 😳

I only got the room because it was near the racetrack but it was much nicer than I expected.

I settled on this Laquinta in Collinsville because the rate was affordable. But seeing it was also owned by Wyndham made me nervous after my ordeal with the previous hotel chain. All worries were quickly laid to rest. The young man who checked me in was super polite and respectful. He got me into a room quickly and was very informative. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. All the outlets worked and they even had a fancy alarm clock with wireless charging capabilities. But what really won me over was when I had to extend my stay short notice because of abdominal pain. There was no judgement. The young women at the counter told me the best way to go about this, and once I had completed the steps online, they asked if I needed any services. They were absolutely stellar. Everyone at the hotel was smiles and warm energy. I felt truly welcomed. Outside, the grounds were impeccable, I didn't even see bugs outside, let alone inside my room. After the experience I had had before, this location was like heaven. And it's easily the best hotel by value to service delivered. Excellent. My only complaint, and it's very minor, is that the sausage rounds should have been kept warm with some sort of steamer instead of a hot plate. Admittedly, I tried the breakfast a little late the final day I was there, but they were very dried out. Still edible and everything, just not as succulent as you'd expect from a sausage round.

If you are looking for an affordable place to rest your head. I recommend this hotel. The customer service was top notch. The breakfast was good and had a good overall selection. Would stay again.

Easy to get to off hwy, staff extremely nice and helpful It’s a older facility, dark, carpet and rugs need replaced w tile for cleanliness
