Very pleasant staff

The room was stinky, and we literally couldn't sleep. It felt like the room was wet for a couple of weeks. Even the beds, comforter, and everything else were stinky.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel itself was trash. No elevator for our wheelchair bound family member. There was nothing noted about no elevator access. The rooms were disgusting. Family close by (2hr drive) choose not to stay. We were 5hrs away from home and everything else was booked. No choose but to stay and we left as soon as we woke up. Hot showers and laundry when arriving home.
