The best hotel I have stayed in recently

Helpful and friendly staff. Pool was not available but it hotel had stated that from the beginning. It would have been nice to have the pool open.

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Day one, we were out of our room from 7:30am to 9pm. They picked up ALL of our towels, but did not replace ANY of them. When we went to the desk to inquire, we were told the clerk needed to call the manager. What? To get some towels (that they took). We were treated like we were thieves. We were told that they hadn’t replaced the towels because we were resting. WTH? We weren’t even in the room all day. No other room service or anything; no bed made, sweeping, nothing. Day two, we were out of the room from 8:30am to 8pm. No one even came into the room. No new towels, no bed made, no cleaning of any sort. Once again, when we went to the front desk to inquire we were told that they would have to call the manager. ?? Again, we had to ask for clean towels. We were told that none of the staff showed up that day. Day three, we finally got our room cleaned, after contacting the front desk. Very poorly run hotel. There are plenty of other options for accommodations nearby. Also, the only amenity is a very small pool, which is out or order, and we were told it will soon be filled in. The only positive is that the hotel is located close to restaurants, a major highway, and Walmart. Choose wisely!!

There is definitely some maintenance and updating that needs to be done with things falling apart, old, and not in good shape at all. Outlets/plugs didn't work. The breakfast was terrible. Hardly anything at all and especially any grab and go options for our early morning competition. Pool was not available during our stay either, we received an email after booking.

The staff were great and that’s about it for this hotel. It just needs a big update with fixing the basics. The pool is out of order. The AC in the room didn’t work. The shower had a hole drilled in it (weird). The beds were decent BUT the pillows had no fill in them.

Place was clean and quiet

We were put in a pet friendly room. The room smelled like it as well. We did not bring our pet. The pillows were half the size of regular pillows. Pubic hair on supposed clean towels. Pool was closed. The breakfast in the morning was sparse. Better than motel 8 across the parking lot. Safe space to stay.

Hotel was pretty basic. Pool was out of service. Staff was friendly. Room clean but floor was tacky. Limited breakfast. Quiet location with food options. Good price.
