Clean room, was traveling alone and I felt safe.

The location was great to get to places we were seeing, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds, etc. Hotel was very clean and had great customer service.

Check in was fast and easy. Friendly staff. Just wondering why they need to charge a 12 dollar parking fee, seems totally unnecessary.

Fire alarm went off at 9;39 customers evacuated outside bar staff and patrons stayed indoors working and drinking while fire department on-site working on 2nd false alarm that day. No compensation or sorry from staff when we checked out. Not impressed!

The food of the restaurant. The place is terrible, but the food is healthy. A nice surprise. The housekeeping is terrible, they don’t even make up the beds. We were 4 and I had to ask every day for an extra set of towels. They don’t clean. I didn’t like the bedsheets: old and smelly. The room can not be ventilated as the window does not open. The aircon makes a lot of noise. Small bathroom.

Shower door would not stay shut—very annoying. Housekeeping knocked at the door at 8:30am and 9:30am. I finally found “do not disturb” tag in the closet.

Shower gel was completely empty without refilling.

Charging $12 for parking,

He could use some TLC but it was a nice stay.

My first room wasn't cleaned Pauline brought me keys to another room personally. She immediately moved us.

It is sometimes the little things - a hotel of this stature charging their guests $12 a day to park is noteworthy. This is a suburban location where this practice is shameful.

It is a busy property but they need more cleaning done at the end of the day or early in the morning in the common areas so guests don't wake up to the mess. The room had dirt behind doors, on the floor of the closet, in the corners, etc. Carpet was not well vacuumed.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Beautiful location, accommodating staff, good food. Price a little higher as compared to other properties around.

Clean room, helpful staff and free parking. The telephone in the room was not working but otherwise all the amenities provided were good.

The staff was wonderful and the views from the property are unmatched!

Lobby and bar area were nice. Room was nice. Nice shower Husband thought breakfast buffet was lacking. Need more variety. Kind of isolated as far as location. Couldn't walk from hotel to any sights.
