Location Room and bathroom weren’t clean.

Nothing Everything Customer service mediocre Not clean and all No safe in the room

The room was not ready until nearly an hour after check-in. The staff was very dismissive and unhelpful.

Room had sticky floors. I found an old smelly ,empty plastic soup bowl in the ice bucket. Shower floor was dirty

Front desk staff was awesome-especially Aleena. She is a true professional and, in a time when customer service is so hard to come by, it’s so refreshing to see someone so polished and efficient.

Centrally located but not impressed the rooms didn’t have a microwave and the mini fridge turns off after 2 hours! These are basic necessities from a hotel of this caliber. The hallways are outdated along with the rooms. Windows were dirty and really couldn’t enjoy the Mountain Views clearly. Parking isn’t free either.

My bathroom was with hair on the bathtub, the toilet was durty

The hotel is nice, lobby is well maintained. The rooms are musty. We booked two rooms both smelled old. Our service didn’t replace coffee or cups in the room. Otherwise nice. Pool area is nice too

We arrived around 3 o’clock to check in we were told they overbooked and they didn’t have a room for us. Then they told me to move to the side so they could help other people that were checking in. I said no, I waited in line for 45 minutes now it’s my turn to check in and you told me because I booked through a third-party that my room was canceled I explained to her that I had a confirmation they have my credit card information. She said that they had tried to call us. They didn’t and another person told us that they didn’t have a phone number or an email address for us so finally have talking to them for about 30 minutes. She said she was gonna take a room away from someone else to give to us. I told her since I was 75 years old and my husband was 70 we were tired and we really needed a room. They gave us room 618. Room was horrible. It was not a $400 room The bathroom was gross when you took a shower the seal in the shower did not work and it flooded the bathroom. the toilet was so low to the floor. It was really hard with the knee replacement to sit down and use the toilet with pure agony and the toilet paper didn’t have an end to it so the toilet paper kept rolling off and across the riom. the toilet paper was a mess because the floor was still wet was hard to get it cleaned up the air conditioner didn’t work very well. It was hot all night. It was just a miserable and gross experience!!! you could tell just did not care, do not stay there!!! especially if you’re older

4pm the room was still not ready paid specifically for a Mountain View. Room was not sound proof heard everyone in the hallway all night. Lacked big towels except for the sopping one left heaped in the shower used by some other previous customers. No free internet. Coffee no where to be found at checkout. A Hampton Inn is better setup and more convenient to serve customers. Do not recommend this Marriot at all overpriced mediocre service and amenities.

Pleased with the overall experience

Clean room, was traveling alone and I felt safe.
