Decent room and hotel No pool

The staff were welcoming The strong smell of wet cigarette when you get to the entrance of the hotel

Very clean and quite. They have all the kitchen utensils needed, just have to ask the desk for them. The breakfast is a Grap n Go, but who needs a breakfast when you can make your own in your room?

Location and clean

I was charged when I got to the facility and they insisted that I needed to pay before I could stay even though I had the confirmation number. I had no choice but to pay contacted Booking.com and was told they couldn’t fix it at the moment and had to fill out a form and I have not heard anything back so now I have two charges for one night stay. Very upsetting!!! The fact that I got double charged, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and it smelled like a smoking room

This hotel was listed as having a "HOT BREAKFAST" - Thats why I booked it- they has just muffins and coffee There was no in-room coffee, had to go to lobby

Staff were all very kind and helpful. Room was clean.

Room was spacious, stay was nice. It was a good value. Nice laundry facilities. But the room did not come with any toiletries or a hair dryer, though they were available at the desk. Breakfast was only coffee, packaged muffins, Nutrigrain bars and instant oatmeal.

The tv was nice and big.

The room was clean. The parking was adequate. The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was lacking. No hair dryer, bring your own goodies. Plenty of food options within a mile

Oscar was very friendly and welcoming during my check-in process. The room was cozy, clean, and perfectly accomodating for a one night stay. Danielle greeted me for my check-out and she was just as friendly and warm as we were on our way out.

Great safe clean place. Awesome staff. Low key amenities, but I just wanted a nice clean place. I travel to the springs often. I will be going back here.
