Great costumes services from all the staff, thank y’all

We stayed here for our Wedding Anniversary trip and it was a good experience. Being from Iowa, the Mountain views right outside your breakfast window was breathtaking. The breakfast was good, often refilled once emptied. Room was average but not bad, the bed is fairly firm my Husband thought it was a little too firm, room and bathroom were clean only thing I'd note is an odd musty smell at times in the room. Everything was great about it overall except we booked through Orbitz and had to book a flight back home a day earlier than expected and the hotel refused to refund us the day we didn't stay. Every other part of our trip was refunded but the hotel refused.. wasn't too impressed about that.

Room cleaning staff was rude and was very disrespectful in cleaning our room even to the point it was going to cost us $50 to change bedding after being there for 4 nights ! No linen replacement till we stopped her in the hall and she just handed my wife a stack and walked away leaving the used towels piled in the corner of the bathroom! Front desk and kitchen staff were great !

Clean hotel, good breakfast.

Great staff and comfortable stay.
-
The ice machine being on higher floors and not main level and parking isn’t the greatest.
-
Not so good! Room was fine but double charged, not so good!
-
We love staying at the express stations for the included breakfast. The rooms are always clean and provide a great amount of space for my family of 5! The staff is fantastic. If I could rate one negative it would be the misc maintenance issues like a broken tile in our room, the shower leaking and not spraying right. Overall we love Holiday Inn Express and will continue to use it!

Everything was good, from cleanliness to helpful staff.

We had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy. I didn’t get either of their names, but the lady at the front desk was great and the lady at the breakfast buffet this morning was so friendly and fun. Would highly recommend!
-
Friendly staff who were more than willing to answer questions and help me when needed(husband in a wheelchair).
-
Nice hotel and very clean, staffs are amazing!
-
Everything, especially the staff was great. The hot tub was not in working order during our 3 day stay. The rooms are just very small. We kind were kind of stumbling over one another while we were there.
-
Hallways dirty during whole stay. limited breakfast choices.
-
Had to wait 2 hours
-
All of the USB charging ports are broke.
