Best Western Plus Peak Vista Inn & Suites

We only stayed one night, but it was clean & comfortable. Friendly staff

Only real negative was it had just one elevator to service 3 floors and also used by the cleaning staff so at times there was a good wait. Breakfast was good for the first couple days but became the same ole stuff day after day, not really switching up options during a week long stay but overall decent selection.

Great stay! Rooms were clean and comfortable, but a little on the smaller side for 2 adults and 2 kids. Staff was very nice and extra helpful. Dually-noted when we asked for extra bedding, and a few extra shampoos and conditioners. Pool and hot tub were very nice, as was the buffet style breakfast. The room had comfortable beds, and a nice, high-pressure waterfall shower head. The shower hook on the back of the bathroom door was barely attatched, but not a big deal. Room could probably use a tiny bit of love from the maintenence man but overall was great. Hotel was very busy and there were a few rude and not-so-friendly hotel patrons. They were rude to the staff and other patrons, and that made everyone else feel awkward and unsettled. Thank you so much to the awesome staff and we are sorry you have to put up with those type of people. You deserve better.

I was really appreciative of the daily clean sheets and towels. Also, the continental breakfast was pretty good. Would recommend.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful.

Our beds and pillows were comfortable, and the location was convenient. The AC made clicking noises regularly, and the breakfast was typical - a variety of basic far, such as boxed eggs, basic bread for toasting, fruit loops and corn flakes for cereal, etc.

The pool was nice for the kids especially. But kind of dirty. Breakfast was good but packed! You need to get there early to avoid the crowds. The facility seemed as if it needs some updates. The carpeting on the 2nd floor was dirty and bunched up in areas. I didn’t check the other areas. The room was very small but it worked I appreciate the refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Overall, for the money it wasn’t bad. It would be better with a little bit of clean up and renovation. The location is great.
