Good stay - price was very good!

Door jam area was broken making the door lock area unable to work correctly.

Nice location and staff were nice. Hotel is a bit outdated.

Not cleaned well. Shampoo and soap not refilled and sink had food particles in it.

Stayed at Spark by Hilton, Colorado Springs. Staff service was good, but the room had serious issues: a 1-inch gap under the bathroom door (zero privacy — every sound is audible in the room), a broken exhaust fan, no bedside table with a drawer for phone/wallet, and no in-room coffee maker (standard at every other Hilton). I paid $230 for a double room, while a nearby hotel with all standard amenities charged only $170. On top of that, they charged a $100 security deposit that was never disclosed on the booking website. For a Hilton-branded property charging Hilton prices, the amenities and transparency here don’t match the brand standard.

They only that I wished would have been mention upfront is that cleaning of the room happening every other day . The location is decent for short stay

I went to the front desk and asked them to clean my room every day actually, I want them to replace the towels and remove the garbage every day the man at the desk argue with me and said that they only clean every other day but on the piece of paper that is given to you when you check in with your key, it says upon request and they never clean my room only one time in four days. This is so disrespectful when I ask very nicely.

Breakfast was nice, pool was heated, staff was rude, hallways dirty, hotel smelled

Everything from the staff to the room to the rates to the swimming pool! Easy check in and out! Great location! Will stay here again and recommend to friends and family! The room could have been a bit larger. The swimming pool was great but there was no hot tube. The food was good, but more options would have been better!

Not a hot breakfast, bagel bar, disappointing. The bathroom door in our room had to be forced shut, ok hotel.

That said, the rooms were clean, beds comfortable, pool clean, and breakfast satisfying. We paid around $100/night and that seems fair for what you get.

The property was clean. The area was very nice. The convenience the highway was great.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. If you are gluten free then your options for breakfast are very limited. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Construction occurring next door to hotel. Noisy and dirty in the parking lot. Hotel itself has improved since my last stay.
