Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Nice location. We were not able to reach check-in staff or helpdesk via Room landline phone, as phone was not working. We were told someone would come next day, but no one came. At checkout, we were getting trained on how to use landline. Training was wrong and if such a training is needed, it should be conducted at check-in time, not checkout. We are 5 members of age 40+ and one is 70+ age, so we do know how to use land line. One of the bedrooms lock was not working and the other bedroom's rest room lock was not working. When we complained about this to staff, the staff said, he will note it down. I am not sure, what hotel management thinks about unlocked door in a bedroom suite that is supposed to host 8 people.

Gym was not good. Everything else was great.

The cleanliness of the property was also not the best. The entire hotel smelled of trash or something that had gotten wet and sat for too long. Even in the room we got, which was the queen studio, the couch smelled and the ac would turn on and make the room kind of smell like mold or mildew. We are not normally the type to write reviews. We have stayed at sketchy hotels before and just roughed it because we understand stuff happens and you sometimes have to make the best of it. However, spoiled food served to my wife expecting our first baby is where I have to draw the line. We don’t want anyone else to get sick from food poisoning. Least of all expecting mothers. On the bright side, The staff was very kind and helpful like most Staybridge/IHG properties and we appreciate them! It was pretty disappointing since we regularly stay at StayBridges across the country. But we hope this feedback reinforces the importance of cleanliness and food safety.

Room was nice enough and clean Floor was almost completely empty and put us across from laundry and housekeeping Two men doing construction work outside our room from 9 to 5. Do not value customer experience

I found bedbugs in the bed.😫

Exceptional

The breakfast was very good, especially the coffee! The staff were friendly and attentive. The housekeeping was great also. Loved the evening mixer in the lounge with guitar players and singers. Nice views from the lounge and patio. Cannot think of anything to improve.

Very nice hotel would definitely stay again.

The property was located in great proximity to Colorado Springs; close to the highway. The property was dated and in need of maintenance and upgrades. Breakfast was limited.

It’s was ok The place is old and the carpets don’t feel good enough to not wear socks, sticky feeling. Location of pool was outside and scary as girls to go down when it gets dark. Yikes.

Loved the location, close to everything you need and great dog walking trail Sink faucet was a bad design and water was always on countertop

Disappointing

I really liked the location of my room. The convenience with letting my dogs in and out was fantastic. I also like the fact that you need a card to get back into the facility. I was very sad about the landscaping of this location. We have been returning to this hotel because of the landscaping and especially the location since we have pets. Hopefully it was just timing , but we will see as we will be returning in a couple of months.

The stairway carpets need to be replaced as the they were worn and dirty.

Do not stay here ! Spend your money somewhere else!

Great stay

Our room was pretty clean and had everything we needed. The A/C unit wasn’t working so the room was usually very warm. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They did give us a fan and offered us a different room if we wanted to move. The breakfast was great, and the breakfast room was well kept. The pool was very nice, but the water was cloudy, very green, and definitely had something growing on the steps. The hot tub was clean and nice.
