Parking is terrible, 16 dollars. Air conditioner made nose all night.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and their polite professionalism. Their were small things such as the toilet kept running> we had to keep jiggling handle and the shower dripped non stop. But the room was nice and plenty of room. The breakfast was excellent. Wife daughter and grand daughter were all happy. Not a easy feat. Swimming pool and hot tub were also very nice. Small game room was a nice touch. I will be using Embassy Suites again.

My teens/College age children always request Embassy Suites hotel stays. The C-Springs location is very nice. The rooms have recently been renovated. We've stayed at this location over a dozen times in the last decade. Will stay again.

The room was clean. The welcome free drinks with snacks was great. Then breakfast was fantastic.

The room was nice, and the breakfast was good. However, two different days I tried to reach someone by phone, and both days nobody answered. Each time someone from our group had to go to the desk. Also, the breakfast potatoes are sorely lacking. Please get a better recipe!

Everything was good

Excellent bed. Breakfast looked excellent however I would not eat it because it was barely warm on the buffet making meat and eggs more risky. Features of hotel are great however needs better up keep.

Friendly staff, good location.

The room was clean and nice. However, the wifi signal in the room was so weak as to be unusable. The lobby and dining area was so cold we needed coats to eat. The restaurant was really just the bar food. The free drinks were very limited and they had no wine. The hotel charged us $15 for parking after we were shown what was billed as the total amount on Expedia. Would never stay there again.

I did not like that you had to scan a code and pay for parking everyday especially when they say there isn’t any security.

all in all it was a terrific stay.

A plunger for overnight usage would be helpful. Also, I know housekeeping staff are just going their job but 8:15 knocking with a key no less for about 15 seconds straight while you are sleeping is not going to get me out of my room that moment when I was still in bed. It was a bit excessive.

Was a great place, pet friendly, great parking, great bar and breakfast . Highly recommend.

Beautiful atrium, with lovely real plants and waterfall. Loved the breakfast, especially made-to-order omelets. Evening drinks and snacks were also very nice. Room was very comfortable. Staff we encountered were friendly and competent, but breakfast and bar staff were wonderful .Would have rated 5 out of 5 except for the following: Elevator nearest to room out of order entire stay; first order of business was to get housekeeping to room for toilet seat malfunction; we found signage confusing, difficult to figure out how to get close to lobby for check-in, and where best to park, and where things are in the hotel- a map of facility would have been lovely; failed to notice when booking that there is a $15 per day parking fee, ridiculous since no special parking area, everything wide open with all risk to users per signage. Also had a very difficult time figuring out how to scan URL to pay parking, since we're technology-challenged.

The breakfast was fabulous! We really enjoyed the happy hour with drinks and snacks. Great common areas for our whole family to hang out. Overall it was a great stay!
