    Room and staff we're amazing

It was okay for the rate. It definitely is not like other embassy suites. The entire hotel needs a remodel and deep clean. Our room was super humid and the bathroom gargled all night long like a gremlin living in there. The breakfast also not as good as it should be. Old fruit, very limited selection compared fo other embassy suites. We probably won't stay again but the hotel is probably fine for families and budget.

The lobby of the motel is nice. The bathroom is old and in need of remodeling. You can hear all the plates and people talking during breakfast. Parking is $15.00 a night which was not posted on the website. The pool was closed and there was no notice provided. I paid for a room with a Mountain View, there’s no mountains to see.

The staff was very friendly but the elevators were not operating well and the pool was out of order our last day. Other than that it was a great stay.

"Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, and a very welcoming staff."

The breakfast tasted good, but they were always out of food. Restocking was slow. They needed a 3rd person on the omelet station. It took us 30 mins to get an omelet one day. Not all the elevators were working, so the ones that were working were very slow. There were buckets around the building- maybe catching leaks? I would not stay here again.

Not a bad property but needs some maintenance elevators were out of service had to walk a distance to an elevator that did work to the ice machines did not work otherwise the staff was very helpful

This hotel needs a big refurbishment. Our room was spacious and comfortable. However, there were items that needed repair such as: the drawer in the bathroom would not open unless you used brute force. The towel holder had been ripped off the bathroom door. The AC wouldn’t set or stay at the proper they. The elevator always took a long time to reach each floor and one was completely out of service. The happy hour was a nice extra —probably the high spot of our stay. The breakfast food was sub par. I didn’t get to try the made to order omelets due to the long line. I would not stay here again when there are so many other hotels in the area.

Disappointed. The hotel definitely needs some work. The bathroom door and the bedroom door in our room neither one shut all the way or latched. The vanity looked like it was falling in the bathroom. They now charge you $15 a night parking. There’s not really a choice in that since there’s no public parking anywhere around the hotel. Surprise! Broken elevator means you have to go from one end of hotel to the other just to get an elevator. Breakfast at an embassy suites is the only good thing they had going.

Room was hot. You have to pay for parking. Staffing was good. Parts of breakfast bar needs improved. Last day of trip bacon was not completely cooked

    Everything was amazing

I found the arrangement of room to be unusual. We were in a king suite (non-smoking) but I thought the bathroom was very small and narrow. As soon as you enter the room, the couch is facing one wall, while the TV was facing another direction toward bedroom. You need to stretch your neck and angle yourself sideway to watch. Huh!!! The TV remote in bedroom did not function well, needed to hold down before channels were changed. Breakfast was good, although they were very disorganized. No plates, cups, utensils were missing. Their saving grace was their excellent staff, friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure your stay was comfortable.

Elena @ the front desk was very helpful!

Nice to have a newly remodeled room and clean. The only complaint I have is LOW toilets. It’s 2026!! A normal height toilet isn’t too much to ask for!!

Horrible knocking noise all night long. The bathroom door did not close or open correctly My daughter got locked in and panicked in the bathroom. Our second night there was a car in the back parking lot that honked all night and we did not sleep. Leading us to check out at 4:30 am. Horrible experience
