When we arrived the parking lot was under construction so there was no where to park, had to park at other facilities close and hike to the hotel. Elevators didn’t work properly, only 2 functioning. Our bathroom door and door into our bedroom didn’t close. We needed an extra blanket and made several trips down and waited 3.5 hours before we got upset the last time and the clerk walked into the room 50 feet away and got a blanket and was very rude. Will give the property another shot but experience could have been tremendously better. The bar staff was amazing.

Staff were great. It’s such a relaxing scenery and they have free snacks during happy hour between 6-7:30.

Nice hotel. Nice sized pool area. Nice size hot tub that had jets in it which felt great after traveling across the country. They even have a small area off the pool area for you to sit outside and tan. Breakfast was amazing. Huge space for breakfast with a huge variety of food to choose from. Everyone at the front was incredibly nice.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking lot was being redone when we stayed and there was minimal communication/planning regarding where we could park. The elevators were old and in need of some repairs. We also returned from a full day out and about to our room door being open, but thankfully all of our belongings were still there. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Our recent stay at this hotel was good but not great. While the property was in a great location, offered delicious breakfast and the staff was very helpful, the roof was leaking (multiple spots in the lobby) as we stayed there while it rained. We also had a major leak near the window in our room so we had to move to another room.

Loved the Embassy Suites by Hilton!! So clean and very nice staff!! The breakfast was amazing!!
-
Terrible outdated property. One elevator operational, parking lot being resurfaced, popcorn ceilings and extremely dark dirty room. And I had a double queen extra large suite. Stay elsewhere.

Clean and beautiful. Indoor pool was great. Breakfast was amazing. Highly reccomend

Breakfast was good! Hair in the bathtub.

The room was ok. Toilet was clogged called in the morning about it and nothing happened so we called again in the afternoon. Maintenance came fixed it and immediately was clogged again. So we decided to just use the bathroom in the lobby.

The only complaints are that you have to pay for parking separately and the bathrooms are also very small especially if you have toddlers you have to bathe and take to the bathroom.

It was a nice place. Breakfast was ok, Elevators were broken and crowded. Staff was nice, room was pretty clean found a few trash items on the side of the desk that were left from previous travelers.

Great location and clean hotel. The breakfast was amazing!

What a disaster! We had a reservation. After arriving we had to wait 20 minutes, then we were assigned a room only to find it occupied after opening the door. They could not guarantee to find us another room. There were dozens of others in the same situation. Apparently the corporate computer system was down and it was a mess. I felt sorry for the staff, but we needed a place to stay so we left.

System outage was awful, staff handled it great in a terrible situation but elevators not working and the breakfast wasn’t warm. The bathtubs need upgrading. Pool water looked dirty. Overall it’s a super 8 with a bar. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and it kinda didn’t go as planned with the overall awful hotel.

Breakfasts especially with the omelets were outstanding ridiculously excellent along with the nightly drinks and snacks. 14ers restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. All staff especially the breakfast staff were excellent, friendly and on top of everything being restocked. Bartenders were friendly and generous on their pours. Room was mostly updated with all new furniture and furnishings. Super clean. Nice having a microwave and mini fridge. The lobby and common areas were very nice and new furnishings and furniture. Only things negative were the elevators, 2 not working and 1 that would go up when you pushed down. We mostly used the stairs from 2nd floor. And the parking gate not recognizing our vehicle 2 of the 5 days we stayed. 1st and last day. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel property. Great value with the food perks and close walking to Outback restaurant and Angelos Italian restaurant and a couple others. Would definitely stay there again.

...you have to pay for parking...the breakfast is good...the nightly drinks are limited to two and all they have to go along with it is peanuts and trail mix...the roof leaks as you had to navigate the multiple buckets in the atrium. Ohh..and only two elevators work, so you had to use the emergency stairs to get around in a timely manner....I think the better bet would be drury inn...as they offer all the above, without charging for parking...
