Embassy Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs

The staff was very helpful and attentive

No way to dehumidify the room so it was always musty

The hotel had a great feel and the room was clean. Our shower curtain smelled really bad but it was changed quickly when I called the front desk. We were there for a concert and I’m not sure the hotel was staffed to handle the volume of people present.

Men’s bathroom on 1st floor. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Disgusting mess. Notify front desk every day for 3 days. After an argument with woman at front desk, it was taken care of & cleaned. But when I left on 4th day, another bowel movement was in toilet & still couldn’t flush. Horrible! No Computer available. Clerk said they had one about 6 months ago, broke & never replaced it. Many on staff were very nice but it’s obvious that management is going cheap. Bathroom in our suite was old & plug in sink had to b pried up by hand in order to drain. This hotel is not up to Embassy Suite Standards but they charge as much. Disgrace !

This is probably the beat hotel I have ever stayed at. Will be staying here again when I go back to CO.

Did have enough kitchen staff. Some food was cold. They ran out of utensils. Clearly understaffed

The room was decently clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was the best thing about the stay. The woman cooking the breakfast could have used help! She did a fantastic job, even though she was the solo chef. She had a great attitude! The workers had a very hard time keeping up with the buffet foods and most of the time, the forks ran out and it was a long wait to get them replaced. The parking gate was a problem! Apparently, another business operates it and Embassy Suites takes no responsibility for patrons being stuck in the parking lot even though they pay for parking! Overall, this hotel needs new paint and maintenance to polish it up a bit.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! They had a station where they made you an omelet which I’ve never experienced before with the included breakfast. I would recommend this hotel

Breakfast was ok. Used to rely on exceptional breakfast here. Price is way too high for this level of accommodations. Tub was plugged. TV in the living space didn’t work. Had to pay for parking??? Not good

This is our “go to” hotel whenever we travel to the Springs. We always love the variety of the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. The location is very convenient and centrally located to everything the area has to offer.

Breakfast was amazing the rooms are dated smell like cigarettes staff is friendly and they charge for parking what a scam.

Paid parking at 15 daily was a surprise. Room sink smelled awful, bathroom is the smallest ever, dated carpet. Breakfast was great!

If we are ever in this area again we will make sure to consider this location!

Great Hot Tub

Great hotel. The kids were excited about the omelet bar. Very clean.
