Embassy Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs

Property is beautiful and spacious. You could fit another hotel inside the hotel. Plenty of places to sit and relax, Rooms are large. Amenities are nice. Charging $15 a night for parking is a scam though. There is no need for it and no other hotels in the area do it, just another way to charge more for rooms without the customer realizing.

Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was too good. Many varieties.

Room was clean and staff mainly front desk, was helpful. Breakfast was generally good as usual. Surprised by paid parking as an additional add on to all the other fees and taxes already existing.

We love the room and the property is dated but well maintained. Improve the staff and the place becomes a great place to stay. Great price nice amenities. Improve breakfast and you will have an excellent stay.

Exceptional

The hotel messaged me about early check-in, I replied including my flight and roughly the time I would arrive. Got there at 2pm and the receptionist told me they don’t do early check-in, I showed her the message and she said she didn’t get it. Then told me they are independently owned so the rules are different. She was not friendly or willing to help me after I showed her the email transcript. So she informed me that by 4pm the room will be ready, honestly cool because that’s the normal check-in but they set expectations of early check-in inside the email so whatever. We retuned at 5 to hear they need a few minutes to finish the room. Get to the room, there’s like an old musty smell and the AC doesn’t really get cold. I decide d to deal with it to avoid another transaction with the young lady. Elevator near the check-in area was like rolling dice if it would work. The place was clean so that’s a positive. The bartenders during the happy hour were really nice. Although it took them 4 times if my going up to ask where my cheesecake was but they had such great personalities that it was cool. Highly disappointed seeing I’m a Hilton gold member and I got the Hilton Credit card because of Embassy but this was just a terrible experience for this specific location.

We will be back! Beautiful hotel and rooms were clean and loved the breakfast and happy hour 2 free drinks per adult per night! Great perk! And the complimentary evening reception was superb!

The breakfast is great. The girl at the front desk has very poor customer service and the elevators were not running properly.

Now I just got my bank information and they charged me twice and did not remove the 150 $ for incidentals . I will be calling them to get that fixed.

The breakfast was great , the room was nice and it had a pool The 15 dollar charge for parking and it not work correctly, I had to call and get them to open the gate to get out , and I never got my security deposit back but was charged and they won't fix the problem.

Not happy with that and have no plans of returning.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Broken elevator and no ice but other than that it was a good stay.

Parking is terrible, 16 dollars. Air conditioner made nose all night.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and their polite professionalism. Their were small things such as the toilet kept running> we had to keep jiggling handle and the shower dripped non stop. But the room was nice and plenty of room. The breakfast was excellent. Wife daughter and grand daughter were all happy. Not a easy feat. Swimming pool and hot tub were also very nice. Small game room was a nice touch. I will be using Embassy Suites again.

Your staff was absolutely amazing! 10 starts to your hard workers. Especially the cooks and DJ Dwayne was so very helpful. Clean room very nice I requested tub but didn’t get it. I’m an Hhonors member. I always request a tub. The air conditioner went off for hours at night, it was uncomfortable breathing for those hours. I was too busy and too tired to deal with calling.
