There is nothing outstanding about this hotel. The hot tub was inoperable when we first arrived. It was fixed a day later. Housekeeping was very slow and spoke no English or very little. Breakfast was mediocre. Bathroom was ADA accessible which was nice. Room overall was very cramped.

One night, clean

Overall its a place I will stay again.

Clean room Great staff Ok breakfast
-
Clean room and friendly staff but the room smelled musty and old, the furniture was from the 70's, bed was hard and tv was not working.
-
Fan wasn’t working in bathroom. Had to ask for pool towels and only the treadmill was working in the fitness room. However, breakfast had great options including eggs and sausage and desk help was great! Would stay again.

The spa wasn’t working for some time. Getting close to remodel time

The people at the comfort and were OK not super helpful but no complaints. Walked into my room. The carpet itself is old and buckled right down the middle. I also found a rag washcloth. The housekeeper left in my room. Also, location was horrible. This hotel is right off the freeway and I had trouble sleeping because of the traffic. There are many other hotels just across the boulevard that I would prefer to stay at.

Not very good. Paid extra $$$ for "mountain view", all we got was below ground level trees. Manager refused to refund the money. Floors were sooooo gross! Even keeping shoes on in the room, you could still feel the sticky ick! Broken lamp shades and mirror frame, breakfast was pretty lacking, and the pool was a joke!! Their "indoor pool" was the size of a large bath tub. Also, next door to our room was the sprinkler closet. Made this loud annoying sound every few seconds, none stop. My advice, keep looking for another place to stay.

The pool and hot tub were both closed. Big disappointment. Breakfast was unimpressive.

The parking is very minimal to none ,no one is around you have to call them to help you if you need anything always a sign at the desk .If you come in after 10:00pm ,again you have to call to get in , the place isn't kept up at all it needs renovated badly , not clean stains everywhere on carpets , tub about to fall through the ceiling , walked in room and light fixture flickering Iike you will have a stroke , again no one to help , did with out it .. shower curtain wouldn't stay closed been redone hanging it , the faucet started vibrating like a jack hammer and the nose blew off in sink . Again no one at desk to help Thankfully we just spent two nights there never again .. please be aware not worth it.

Pool didnt look good, room was ok but there was a musty smell and ultimately decided to stay elsewhere.

Staff was helpful

Room smelled bad the day we checked in. Better second day. Mattress too hard. Cold eggs for breakfast and other food quite modest..Nice, quiet view on back side of hotel.

I regret booking a room at this Comfort Inn. My kids and I needed a break after a hard move over the past couple months, and we wanted a clean pool and hot tub. I also needed to be able to wash a load of laundry when we got there. The pool was gross, the hot tub had chairs lined up around it with cartoon tape wrapped around them, and it was full to the top with what looked like boiling butt soup. NASTY NASTY. And the “laundry room” was a closet with one washer and one dryer and a line of people waiting to use them. The bed was comfy but smelled like wet dog. The lobby and hallways were in horrible condition! The carpet is coming apart in places everywhere, there are smudges and smears on every wall, missing pieces of baseboards, obvious water stains on ceiling and walls throughout the building. And outside there’s trash in the parking lot, weeds and bushes overgrown, broken chunks of concrete on the sidewalks and the parking curbs… this place is ghetto and needs serious attention! I’m so mad I spent my money on such a dump.

Smallest Comfort Inn room I’ve ever seen. Very outdated, broken stuff all throughout the room. All the walls, curtains, carpets and headboards are filthy. The window didn’t lock or even latch. Thankfully we were up a story otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed. Breakfast was scarce but not the worst I’ve seen. The beds were clean and comfortable. I’m surprised at the reviews, my experience definitely didn’t match that of others. I only stayed because it was midnight; it was only for the one sleep and my family was exhausted from traveling.

Good hotel clean room and pool

Would probably stay there again if I was going back to the area, good price and the pool is a nice touch.

Was a good economical decision while in transit to our final destination.
