Unbeatable view.

The views were awesome. It was my Birthday and the staff went out of there way to make me feel special. I really appreciated that. The attractions near by were fun and affordable and the food and drinks at the resort were good as well. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely do it again.

The staff is very helpful and polite. The rooms are beautiful and supply you with multiple luxury amenities. The infinity pool is a great option if you are looking to be able to vacation without a family friendly dynamic.

My only issue was our King bed seemed very old not as comfortable as I expected.

Make sure to check your invoice before you leave because there will be unwarranted charges on there. They charge you for anything and will not tell you that you are being charged. I was charged for a bottle of wine that was sent to our room by accident, but somehow I had to deal with The mistake of the hotel and constantly have to call and make sure that this was taken off of my bill. They even came to my room to ensure that I didn’t touch the bottle or drink it and took it back. I can guarantee other guests did not have this experience and I’m not sure why my mother and I did after the amount we paid to stay here.

Best weekend getaway location!

Excellent Adult resort. The family side is far enough from the main resort that we enjoyed having some quiet relaxing evenings. Awesome staff and beautiful property.

The Garden of the Gods Resort has a beautiful setting, great views, good dining, and excellent access to the trails around Garden of the Gods. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly affected by poor service and unresolved room issues. The AC in our room was blowing nonstop and made the room extremely uncomfortable. We repeatedly tried to get assistance, but no one was answering the phones. At one point, the manager Dustin was sitting right next to the desk using his phone, yet did not respond to our requests or answer the main line from the front desk. Eventually Dustin stopped replying to us resulting in us needing to physically walk all the way to the main building in the middle of the night. The issue was never resolved during our stay. We were told that management would follow up with us afterward, but we never received any follow-up. We also ordered champagne and strawberries to be waiting in the room as a surprise, but they were forgotten. We had to remind the staff, which unfortunately took away from the surprise. Overall, the property itself is beautiful and the location is excellent, but the service did not match what we expected from a resort at this level. Better communication, responsiveness, and follow-through would have made a significant difference. I would give the resort 5/5 for the views and location, but only 2/5 overall because of the service and unresolved room issues.

Beautiful views, lodge rooms are clean and comfortable, if not a little sterile feeling. All of the amenities (spa, pool, etc) are fine, nothing spectacular. This is not what I’d consider a wellness resort. It’s nearly impossible to eat fresh, healthy, good-tasting food, especially if you’re a vegetarian. I was really disappointed. Also note it’s about a two mile walk to the Garden of the Gods entrance, not too bad, but could be a surprise four miles round-trip for those not aware.

They will treat you like royalty. Oh, did I mention how comfy our beds were? And how clean the room was and how beautiful the bathroom was like a spa in your room. And.... unforgettable views of Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak...and the beautiful balcony area on a first floor with visitors like deers at 5 am and mommy and a baby turkey...Gush...I miss it already. We Loved every second of our stay, and oh...the pools ...and the stuff at the pools walking around with icy cold water right to our sitting ... The list could go longer. EXCELLENT . Thank you to all the stuff to make us feel like a royalty. We will be back next year and years after.

Beautiful view, good food, great location. I did not like that the main pool was closed to children. It was not a very kid friendly resort.
