Not a great place to go with kids. Infinity pool they aren’t allowed. Snack/sundry area not good . Wouldn’t go back with youngsters

The rest of the staff was friendly and more welcoming. Maybe, he was having a difficult day.

What makes this place even more special is how close you feel to nature. Wildlife seems completely at home here. Deer wandered right up to the patio during my stay, making it feel less like a resort and more like stepping into a living postcard. The grounds are immaculate, the atmosphere is peaceful, and every moment feels like an escape. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing by the pool, or watching the sunset over the rocks, the scenery never stops amazing you. Without question, this is one of the most beautiful resorts I’ve ever stayed at, and I can’t wait to return.

Beutiful views from rooms of the Garden of the Gods. Everything flowed well and employees helpful and very pleasent. Will definately go back here again.

Very nice view and good food

The infinity pool is Luke warm ie hardly heated.

We stayed here for two nights. Our room was ready to occupy late, and we waited an hour after check in to receive our keys. That was disappointing. Then when we got to our room, it felt like the AC hadn’t been run in days. It was hot and took hours to cool off. We had to open doors in July to get the room to cool down. After those mishaps, though, we began to fully enjoy our stay. I would doubt those issues are repeated for others. So, I enthusiastically recommend this resort. If all goes well, it totally worth a stay.

Hotel staff was great, although they did seem a bit short when we ordered room service. The pools were fantastic and the Garden of the Gods hike was amazing.
