Horrible customer service. They over booked the hotel Edwin I arrived at 11 PM. They told me they did not have a room available for me. They said that they emailed me. This is unacceptable as I was driving obviously I’m not checking my email. This definitely deserved a phone call.

The suites are really well set up. Kitchen is well thought out and everything works. Bath fixtures need an update but everything works. Location is very convenient

Excellent location. We wanted to visit the Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs as well as Torchy's tacos in Colorado Springs. This was the perfect location. Just off the freeway and right around the corner from Garden of the Gods which ends in Manitou Springs. We spent 2 nights and days so a quick trip but really liked the room with two separate bedrooms as we were traveling with our adult kids as well. The kitchen was very convenient and adequate. The beds weren't the most comfy but we did ok. The room was quiet and nice. The breakfast left something to be desired but it had enough to get us going in the morning and there's a dunks and a little grocery right on the corner for coffee and a few things. Would absolutely stay again if I'm in the area again.

One bedroom suites are very nice, breakfast was good. Property little outdated but still nice

Pool was closed, water looked hazy. Garbage cans outside were overflowing first couple days.

I will never make a reservation at TownPlace Suites” specialty for this reason.

Staff was helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating . Soft comfortable beds and pillows. Great breakfast buffet that was packed with protein.

Ehhh.. from a tub that drains slow and having to stand in a food water taking a shower to drinking glasses with lipstick on them. We booked a suite to have a spot to sit and sofa is put 90 degrees up against the wall with TV, what’s the point? Hidden pet fee not disclosed upfront. Dog poo all over lawn near entrance, what’s the fee for? Come on Marriott you can do better!

The nice young woman who helped us change rooms because the t.v. didn't work the in the first room, was very kind. We are sorry we have forgotten her name.
