Claim to have a pool but it was closed in the cover was still on it the rooms were clean but like when you walk into the office it was pretty filthy and I mean there was like stuff on the ceiling. Property was it in horrible shape it's just old. They claimed to be pet friendly but when you get there it's only for service dogs and they want an extra $100. And the guy that we checked in with tried to charge me an extra 50 bucks for a deposit which was never agreed upon or think it was kind of a scam but I didn't pay him it any way when I told him I booked it online and he said oh she waved it anyway. I guess it was okay because we decided to leave my dog at home with somebody and we weren't there for the hotel so it was just a good place to sleep

Location needs major upgrade/ remodeling. $50 Cash for deposit.

Water faucets on sink and shower wouldn't fully stop.

Good value for the price. Can park right in front of your room and enter without going through the lobby. No continential breakfast.

The toilet didn't work no toilet paper. Room was filthy

Staff kept people who didnt belong there out was very peaceful in a not so peaceful part of town Could have had breakfast

This hotel was the most run down ghetto hotel. The bedding on the bed contained so many cigarette burn stains. The rooms were missing tvs and refrigerators. They pictures what they show and what you actually walk into is deceiving. Definitely false advertisement.Do not recommend I do not recommend I do not recommend. The amount they were charging for this room per night.It should have been -0.00 her night and I still will not stay there.If it was free, do not recommend.

This hotel had confirmed adult bedbugs. We are yet to receive a refund. The room was not safe or inhabitable.

It’s not that perfect but it’s ok for typical old building.

Quiet location, very clean, good bed ! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful ! Great location if you're here to work at Fort Carson, while waiting to find a permanent location. There's fast food and a Safeway nearby.

The room was in bad condition from age and neglect. Bed was very hard, and the maid apparently forgot to include a bath towel. Sound came through the walls and outside as if in the room and the fan in the bathroom sounded like an engine. This is fine for people who like hard beds, but the area too was a bit seedy. Staff tried to be helpful. The picture is nothing like the room as it looks well kept.

Staff was friendly and kind they watched the hotel grounds and was helpful and treated ya like family The general area location otherwise was decent

Air conditioning and cleanliness was great

We checked out a day early because the place was so bad. There was holes and/or stains on all the furniture including the bed. Horrible location and the included breakfast consist of chocolate cupcakes, twinkies, coffee and juice. The whole place is rundown and not in a safe location.

The staff was very nice, explain everything. Everything what we needed is there. Highly recommend this hotel.

My experience was the female staff management was very rude to me took me back to the seventies I suppose tiger can't change its stripes nor can a leopard changes spots she's a throwback to Rodney King can we all just get along with my ancestors were the ones on the plantation her ancestors were the ones who had mine as slaves ECT. I do not understand what triggered her otherwise the stay was pleasant rooms clean Etc that's all
