Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 and our room was not ready until 4:30. When we finally got in, the room was clean and orderly, so I know the housekeeping staff can do the job. After that first day, nothing. I called the front desk to ask when they service the rooms and was told every other day. Even by that standard we should have had service. We never got it. No cleaning, no fresh towels, no trash pickup, for the entire stay. We checked out this morning and no one asked how it went. The front desk staff were polite and easy to deal with, so this is not on them. It is a management and housekeeping problem. If a property is going to run every other day service, it needs to actually do it, and guests should be told at check-in instead of finding out when they call. Very disappointing for what we paid.

STELLAR service from every emplyee we encountered. I read reviews before choosing this hotel, I have no idea why folks complained about having difficulty figuring out where to go from the parking garage, it was simple for us. We very much enjoyed our visit and would stay here again without a second thought.

Very good

The staff were helpful. Breakfast staff constantly were cleaning tables, and restocking food. The hotel changed my room choice at arrival. I was made to feel I was getting an upgrade. The room was clean, but minimal. The only seating in the room was the bed and an office chair. I had chose a room with a couch. It seemed they over booked and were scrambling to find rooms for guests.

We had a great stay at SpringHill Suites. The hotel is newly built, modern, and very clean. Its downtown location is excellent, with easy access to many of the area’s top tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast was good! Didn’t have time to check out the restaurant, maybe next time!

The pool is smaller than pictured. We did not use the hot tub because the water was very cloudy. Pool was great for kids, though pool deck looked old/unclean. We could not get the WiFi to work on any device even after creating an account. Front desk was no help. Parking was an issue, on their website there is not crucible size restrictions or info about the lot. It’s an extra $21 a day and your vehicle has to be under 8 feet, so we had to find street parking. Breakfast in the morning was good with a lot of variety. They did add a $5.41 food tax at check which was annoying after already paying the night before. It worked because it was last minute but would find somewhere else if needed in the future.
