The Antlers, a Wyndham Hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff!!

The architecture is lovely! Everything was clean,polished, and fresh! The pool and arcade were so fun! Kids loved the outside pool too and the hot tub was nice and hot! I would definitely stay here again!

The only complaint we have is the super small bathroom. It was literally a 1 butt bathroom. Lol

While the staff were friendly and helpful, there was much left to be desired. The hotel itself has seen better days. Rooms and public areas are quite beat up. And my first room was not clean … a bit grimy, the shades didn’t operate properly and the a/c wasn’t working. Some surfaces appear to have not been wiped down for a while. There was hair in the bathroom on the shampoo and soap dispensers. The furniture was in poor shape. Paint chipping off the wall in my second room. Elevators weren’t working so there was a 10 minute wait just to get off the room floor. Additionally, when I tried to get out of the parking garage, I couldn’t because someone didn’t enter my car information as a guest who will be coming and going. This happened twice where I had to re-park and go to the lobby to be asked to be let out of the garage. Wyndham needs to do better the Antlers Hotel.

TV didn’t work, housekeeping Kenyon the morning of checkout but didn’t say why, public areas badly worn, overdue for a refresh.

I love the character of the property. The rooms do feel old. We didn't mind it though. Location was convenient.

Our room was not ready when we tried to check in at 5pm. We were staying there to be close to a concert and had to get ready for the concert in the lobby bathroom. Parking was supposed to be comped for both vehicles and wasn’t. Had to end up paying for one so we could get out the parking garage.

This historic hotel was a great stay for our family of 4. The staff was so kind, especially Blane who made sure we had a room with a great view and away from the elevators. We loved the two pools and the free arcade room.

The reception staff were great! Parking was convenient. The bed was comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located conveniently within walking distance from multiple restaurants and event venues.

Great Location!

When we arrived at the Antlers Hotel, 2 out of 3 elevators were not working. The room was clean, but the shower drain caused water up to our mid calves by the time each shower was done. The air conditioner was extremely weak and our room stayed warm over night. Most of the staff were very nice. The location was great for a 13 minute walk to Weidner Field for a concert.

Parking is expensive and kind of confusing if you don’t valet, and the front desk was understaffed. The workers there did the best they could! Room was clean, inside pool was chilly, but views from the room, linens, and bathroom were great.

Great place

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. It was easy to park under the hotel. One block to many restaurants. Rooms were quiet. The bar was a great place to relax.

very old mattress, no where I found this type of mattress. very bad experience, pillows were not at all comfortable too. no sleep, loud AC noise.
