The hotel is dated but it’s in a good location downtown. Bed was comfortable but the A/C was really loud. Also could hear doors slamming and our neighbors next door. Good service at the front desk. Enjoyed playing free pool. Would have like to use the inside hot tub but it was closed for repairs. All in all an adequate stay for the price and location.

Front desk and waitress were amazing. Bartended was rude. Room was nice. Valet was excellent.

The hotel is run down, but clean and in a great location. The indoor pool was freezing and unswimmable. The entire room the pool is in was so cold and the water even colder. Neither hot tub was available to use during our stay either.

Such a beautiful hotel! Staff was super friendly checking us in and out. Parking was a breeze. The room was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable, and the lobby/bar had a great atmosphere. Definitely will stay again! Wish we had more time.

The property was easy to get to and check in was smooth. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the hotel is beautiful!

This was once a really splendid hotel, but unfortunately now it is old and tired. Our room was in rough shape and badly in need of an update. The staff, however, was great and very responsive. The location was perfect for near all the shops and restaurant on Tejon St.

Our kids ages 9 & 10 picked this hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The hotel needs a deep clean and updates. The pool was dirty and outdoor hot tub was closed. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable. Convenient to area attractions.

Hotel is old and in need of updating. A/c was only effective on continuous fan. Ice machine not working. Staff were very pleasant.

Check out the amenities. The location is great too and walkable from all the bars and restaurants.

The elevators, only one work8ng when we checked in, 2 when we checked out.

Overall our stay was very good. The hotel is definitely dated, but the staff is super helpful and amenities great, especially for a family stay.

To the 5th floor Then house keeping came into our room twice without knocking and my daughter was in the restroom

Property is little dated but will check you in early if room available. Nice lobby area with plenty of amenities.
