However, we mostly enjoyed our stay. We did enjoy the 24 hour indoor pool.

Room was ready on time. Clean. Sheets are crisp / clean. Room is nice other than getting a view of the air conditioning. Great rub chicken and bar service. Valet and parking great and easy to use. Location was good and walk able to museum and restaurants.

From the outside you can tell the building is older, the parking situation can be kinda confusing and sketchy- if it wasn’t for the signs we wouldn’t have known where to go. When you walk to the inside of the building you can tell right away the flooring is outdated. The gaming room needs a different kind of layout and they need to re do the felt on the pool tables. Other than that everything was great! The employees were super nice and helpful!

Great walking distance to restaurants and our event. Quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Location centered on downtown. Friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful lobby. Plenty of instant hot water in the shower. It's in desperate need of a refresh. The carpet needs replacing to avoid tripping hazards. The shower was so high pressure, it felt like it was taking off skin. The air conditioner was loud and woke me up several times when it would cut on or off. I paid for parking but then I couldn't leave the garage until I paid again. The rooms also allow every sound from the hall in.

The TV and TV guide didn't load up properly but just a minor inconvenience.

I love the comfort of the beds and room.

I was surprised at the "tatooed" clientele, which is not a grand critique, but indicative of who stays there now. In the middle of the night that was personalized with loud screaming in the hallway, which went on and on. Hotel security responded, but it was unsettling.

The rug in my room was sticky something was spilled on it the bathroom floor was very slippery otherwise it was good

We loved staying in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. We enjoyed our room with the Mountain View each morning and grabbed our coffee from the Starbucks down in the lobby. They also had great amenities! The hot tub was small but very relaxing and can fit about 6-8 people. They had arcade games that we haven’t played since kids so that was fun when we first checked in. Overall, everything was very clean but for an older hotel, it could use a little bit of TLC but nothing out of the ordinary. It was a super dog friendly place, and we will be back with our fur babies.

The hotel is very old and I had mold in my room

Very comfortable bed and pillows At the prices you charge, you could include a free breakfas. Really.

The room was dirty, the showers had hair in the tub and shower, the shower drain was not attached. There was a used toothpick on the bathroom sink.
