Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Downtown

Our room was a bit rundown, which was a bit disappointing. However, the staff were so helpful and kind. I can’t say enough things about the staff.

Shame on me... I can't remember the man's name who checked me in. He was absolutely amazing. Such a pleasant disposition. I was so stressed about the upcoming hike up the incline and down Bar Trail. He eased my stress with our chat when I was checking in. I truly hope you can research him by my check-in. Housekeeping was the best! My room was extremely clean with my OCD issues. I left her a tip not because I should, but because I truly appreciate her level of integrity and dedication.

Very noisy in downtown. Hard to get a good night sleep. Room was great. Bathroom is small.

The bathroom was nice and bed was comfortable You had to pay for parking and still had to drag your suitcases all the way to the main entrance. Located in an area that is noisy due to traffic.

The hotel is clean from the entranceway all the way to our room, including the pool, bathrooms, hot tub, etc.!! Ryan at the front desk was phenomenal!! He explained the rooms and their views when checking us in so that we had the best view of the mountain side. Great place to stay you won’t be disappointed.

Everything just wish the guests of the hotel had priority in reservations at Ryze.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. It was very clean, and the staff was amazing. Daniel was super helpful in helping us find a restaurant.

Exceptional

The location was perfect for us. It was within walking distance to the Pikes Peaks Event Center only three blocks which was perfect for us. Close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Parking was convenient but a bit pricey.

System was down. A few of the staff was super helpful and apologetic. One of the staff members not so much. Was disappointing, as we were in town for a concert and just needed in our room to go to the show. Very disappointed. They can’t help when a system goes down, but the way management handled it was awful.

NStaff extremely rude and unhelpful.

The doors to the rooms are very hard to close or they slam very loudly. My room was broken into, and I had clothes, jewelry, electronics, gym wear, shoes and even a deodorant stolen from my room. The staff was very concerned and sorry for what happened, but the hotel takes absolutely no responsibility for this happening. The doors should close much easier and I, as a Hilton Honors member, will think twice about staying at a Hilton in the future.

Hotel was convenient! Staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was tasty.
