1st room was bad. Hair on bed and cracked floor (tripping hazard, risking a foot cut). 2nd room was the "model room". Musky smell, 2 towels had red lip stick residue. We slept and left. Grateful to be given this room after the first bad room but it seemed as though this room was clean but not cleaned recently.

It's was alright. Price meets expections.

AC unit didn't work in 207. Kept turning off after 15 minutes. Kitchenette smelled awful from the heat. Bedspreads were dirty. Grounds were dirty. Sad I stayed here.

Very cute property. Amenities weren’t the best as well as breakfast but otherwise loved our stay!

The room looked clean and was comfortable. However, we experienced allergy problems as soon as we returned to the room each day. Other than that, it was good.

No pets were supposed to be in the rooms yet. There was a large dog on the lower level in the room. Heater/air conditioner unit was very noisy Room was clean and beds were comfortable The breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and prepackaged rice, crispy bars

Air conditioning did not keep the room cool enough. But, to be fair, my husband is a polar bear. Noisy neighbors …not motel’s fault

Parked right outside door, good shower, good location 11am check out Staff were all helpful and pleasant Coffee and crispy biscuit isn't breakfast
-
Bed in room was not queen size more like full size. Was a non smoking room but had a smoke smell inside. Pool was closed.

The bathroom was recently remodeled so it felt more clean. The room seemed clean. The location was great for walking around Old Town Colorado Springs and felt safe. The facility was a bit rundown. The website said that breakfast was included, but breakfast was coffee and rice crispy treats. I don't think that should be advertised as breakfast.

We could see Pikes Peak from our window. It was close to everything we wanted to do. I really do not have anything that I didn't like.

The Young lady at checkin remembered me from previous stays, greeted me by name, and went out of her way to help me book an extra day that I had not reserved.

Room was clean. There is not a lot of parking in the parking lot and it is very tight so if the hotel is full, it is hard to get in and out of there with a pick up or anything other than a small car good location to downtown Colorado Springs.
