If you are a single woman DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! It’s across the street from the bus station and lots of homeless aggressive people around the outside….there is a closed off section in the entry them another door that requires a key to get in. In that space this morning at 5:30 AM when I went out with my service dog there was a woman with her daughter sleeping in there. There is no help, not even a valet cart to take to your room, so being handicap, and only having one hand to work things it was impossible. The employees stood and watched me try to log my stuff to the door to the computer into my room and didn’t offer a single hand to help me and there were no service carts that I could use. It was absolutely horrible. There’s a red blinking light in the room all night long… The rooms are nice and the configuration of the rooms are great however you’ve got to really like your room because you should not walk out the doors you’re not safe there. I did not feel safe at all. I will never go back.

I truly appreciate the relatively early check in time and the noon checkout time. So many people made check out so much earlier through COVID and have never gone back. We didn’t feel rushed on the morning and we were able to take advantage of the breakfast provided. The staff was amazing

Staff was great. Breakfast mediocre at best. Parking is the problem. Very little to offer for food and drinks. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Great location and a really good breakfast which was slightly different each day. The beds were super comfortable. Check in was a bit confusing as you arrive to the ground floor and have to buzz to 1st floor to be let in and get the lift up to reception.

My husband and I stayed here while we were moving our son across the country to Colorado Springs. Restaurants were walkable and the hotel room was very nice and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Pretty relaxing place, probably not the cleanest but decent. Valet parking needs a little staff attention. Other than that good 👍

It was clean and quiet. Having to pay extra for parking was a bummer but there was a parking garage across the street.

Good location for downtown Colorado Springs, walkable to shopping and dining. Valet parking is pricey but we had no trouble finding street parking. Spacious room, nicely equipped. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with good shower. Included breakfast buffet is just ok, limited offerings, no yogurt. Staff were friendly and helpful, would stay here again.
