Beds were terrible and the breakfast was not worth trying…disgusting. Putting nasty processed food in fancy dishes does not make it real or taste good.

Great location, clean and modern facilities and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast options were limited.

They hardly had no food no water to buy for days. They didn’t even have lettuce for a simple salad. Bar tender didn’t know how to make drinks with no cook.

The staff services were excellent and professional. The room was very comfortable, especially the A/C operation for controlling and non disruptive for sleeping. Also, the access to key areas of the city was excellent and the availability of covered parking was valuable as there are hail storms in the summer. The efficiency of the ice machines could be improved.

Location is quite convenient for food and convention center, safe and clean Everything was great, only thing if they had a some more options for food choices would be cherry on top.

I don't think I should've been charged for VIP parking because of the amount of money I was charged for one day just saying. Being charged to park my truck.

The rooms are large snd comfortable. Clean and newer. Good bed and shower. Extensive breakfast.
