Great convenient location to explore Colorado Springs

The service is awful. They seem to staff very lightly so if you need anything in afternoon it basically won’t happen. Very unusual hotel that they basically don’t think hospitality is important nor being helpful.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights and we had a lovely vacation and will definitely be staying here again. The valet staff were very nice and remembered us by name. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in about three hours early. There is $100 deposit in case anything is damaged, but you can apply it to the valet, which is $34 a night. That’s what we did because it was the easiest. The rooms were clean and spacious. I never leave reviews but we were very impressed and had a great stay! <3 peace and love

Room was clean, staff was helpful. My only complaint was the hot breakfast was not up to the Hyatt standards that I have come to expect. The eggs, bacon and potatoes were under whelming to say the least :(

Breakfast was good

After two stays, the room and property were very clean. The property has a parking garage which is important to us because of the hail storms. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Stayed for four nights with family had two rooms . Hotel is clean and nice location for us I liked that they had covered valet parking. Some of the issues I had was tv wouldn’t work in one room and the key card reader wouldn’t work on the other room , no ice machine on top floor and in the lobby, didn’t have any bottle water to even buy . The card reader did get fixed but not the tv . Not a huge deal but just the principle of it. Breakfast was all right just seemed a little short staff to keep up with the food and dishes. Overall it’s not that I wouldn’t recommend it , they just have some issues

No breakfast just a nutria grain bar

From the front desk to the breakfast staff, everyone was wonderful. The most helpful were the staff in the valet parking. They were helpful with my car and even for a minute to chat. I was in Colorado Springs because my mother lives there and she had a stroke in June. I was there to help her, but there were times I needed a minute to be me. Colorado Springs is a beautiful place to visit and relatively easy to get around.

Amazing hotel. We loved our stay here while traveling through. Walk to restaurants and activities. Fabulous breakfast - the best included breakfast we’ve ever had! The elevator security method was a little frustrating at times - you need your key to go above 2 or to go down. The security is nice but a quick run to the lobby to get something can become a hassle. Always have a key with you (esp families who may have 2 keys for more than 2 people). Would definitely stay here again!

It was good

The hotel was clean minus underneath one of the beds in our room. When I was inspecting the bed, I found a pair of bloody underwear. Staff immediatly came to the room to change sheets and clean but were unable to change our room due to bookings. The manager said housekeeping doesn't flip mattresses or look underneath mattress. Probably should start...

Location of the hotel is great with walking distance to downtown, however lots of homeless people surrounding it. Making it feel unsafe while walking. Hotel staff was absolutely awful. I was overcharged on my nightly stay and they have refused to adjust my rate, basically told me too bad.

Great location and hotel.

Nice hotel like all Hyatts we have stayed in. Only downside was the lack of free onsite parking - they only have valet which is $32 a night plus tips. You have to download an app to pay for street parking. Walkable to the park and restaurants, but be aware of your surroundings.
