Heather was nice and made me feel safe and it had ac and a mini fridge The room was dingy, the noise was thunderous, the lighting (I suppose making me safe) was Constant. Hard to sleep.

The hotel is somewhat run down and my window did not have a way to lock shut but the location was good for what I wanted to do. The main complaint I have is that they double charged me for the whole stay and are saying it is non refundable!

Bedbugs - this hotel literally is as bad as it gets. If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and find a different place to stay. The staff was rude. The beds were uncomfortable. I got bit by bedbugs. It smelled bad and it just overall sucked. I hate this hotel. Do yourself a favor and do not stay there. I like Colorado Springs - I just don’t like this hotel.

I wasn't able n to stay at the room I booked because the lady that works the front desk wouldn't allow my nephew to check in even tho its clearly stated his name on the receipt The fact that I paid for 2 nights and didnt get to stay there nor did they refund my money instead they've charged my car multiple times.

Found medical needles under the bed. Burn holes in pillow cases and bed sheets. Bathroom was smelly. Floor was covered in hair and dirt. Tv didn't have any channels. Only two "pillows" per bed and they weren't even full pillows, they were more like rolled up blankets in a pillowcase. Place smelled like smoke even though it was a "non-smoking" room. I wouldn't even call it a hotel, it was a motel and not even the bottom line standard of cleanliness or comfort. Left after a couple hours because we were felt unsafe and uncomfortable there.

Spent a couple hours in this hotel before deciding to check out and getting a different one for the weekend. Wouldn’t recommend
