The location was convenient for getting to the Sunday market and several great restaurants. Everything worked fine, but the shampoo, soaps, and lotions were a little lackluster. No big deal, really. We ended up making use of the nearby lime scooters to get around, too. In the end, I think it’s a great, lower cost option.

Pictures were completely deceiving!! My room smelled like animal urine. I did not feel safe with my family there. Safety, the false narrative of the pictures....cleanliness was horrible

Clean, basic motel. Really appreciate the hard floors instead of nasty carpet. The mini fridge and microwave are a big plus. The street is busy, so quite a bit of traffic noise, but very close to downtown and the freeway.

Room was ok i guess place is falling apart homless and sketchy people all over and management did nothing i didnt ferl safe at all during my stay

The staff were absolutely amazing, the location was great super close to everything I wanted to see, I felt very safe at the location.

I was handy for a night after a long drive. It's in a sketchy part of town and people appear to live here but the room was very clean and with an effort to smarten it up. The room was basic but comfortable. Helpful staff.

Good effort revitalizing a distressed property

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Absolutely ridiculous that this hotels lobby closes at 8pm, they give you a number to call but NEVER answer. NON REFUNDABLE so you won’t get your money back. It’s in a very sketchy area with sketchy people hanging around outside and staying there. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

Felt desk Closed at 10 so can’t if your traveling from out of town hope you make it by then. Homeless walking around all over the property stuff left in front of our door. Very very terrible experience

This is definitely not for families. Had my family come , and it was all bad from all the other tenants that are staying. Lots of yelling, people walking around in and out of the rooms , mysterious cars just rolling up. Didn't feel safe having my family there.

We got there and the office was locked and no one would answer the phone so I didn't get a room or my money back

The staff are nice and very helpful, and the room and bathroom were clean. The property overall is older and feels older inspite of the renovations. They did a good job with the resources they had, but the overall property and rooms still feel like an older motel (smells, carpet condition in room, gaps around room door, etc).

I didn’t see an option for smoking or non smoking. Came with a child and the room reeked of cigarettes. It was unbearable. People selling dr*gs out of the room next door. People coming in and out all day and night. Didn’t feel comfortable opening a window or door. Room was clean and staff were pleasant but did not feel safe. Good price for what it is I guess.

The property was dangerous and a fight was breaking out in the parking lot and we had to leave. It was impossible to contact anyone at the hotel afterward for a refund. Horrible experience.
