Great experience! Very clean and good location.

We LOVED this hotel! We stayed in a family room and it was so spacious. The kids had their own beds with a curtain and there were two bathrooms! The food and coffee bar were amazing!

Great place to stay.......

We had problems the moment we arrived at Kinship Landing.

The family room was PERFECT! I wish we would have been there longer, as the location is in the middle of GREAT dining options. The latte was just what was needed after a full travel day. Room wasn't over the top and fussy, but just perfect.

Very nice, clean and modern.

We had a great stay! Thank you :)

Overall a beautiful hotel, staff were wonderful. My complaint is, there was hair in the shower and it was not cleaned properly. I was a bit grossed out if I’m being honest. I did let the front desk know and they got it taken care of which was great but still disappointing

The room itself was very nice and well put together! AC kept us cool all night, the view was nice, and there was ample space. The only problems we had was the shower was very dirty (combination of stains, hair, marks), the towels had numerous stains in them, and services were not easily accessible after hours.

Fine location just on the edge of 'downtown'. Good simple room. Asked and received a quiet room, unfortunately that was next to the kitchen extractor fan so woke me up each morning.

Clean, digital access, natural wood accents. TV was not working

The junior queen suite is not a suite . It is a room with a regular size bed very difficult to get into and out of. I had to upgrade to a king to have a comfortable night
-
Well designed, thoughtfully planned independent hotel with a full restaurant, bar, and lots of cozy area to spend time. Our room was comfortable, well designed, and cozy. We appreciated the eco- and community focused vibe. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Cool, funky space. First floor cafe had great food and lots of nooks to hang out in All good

We had a wonderful time staying at Kinship Landing. The rooms are modern and immaculate. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and it was a relief to return to an air conditioned room at the end of a long day in the sun. I travelled with my teen son and the bed and loft bunk orientation was perfect for us. The staff is very nice and accommodating too. We had some rental gear shipped to the hotel and they were lovely about receiving it and holding it for our arrival. It was a very nice additional perk to have Homa Cafe to look to for coffee and meals. Breakfast was delicious.

Bed too low. Hard for older people to get out of. Noise on street side. Inability to charge food to room. Food was Great

Everyone is nice and the place is great!

Very cool vibe. Nice and Scandi interstitial design. Lots of hang out space, in and outdoors (though outside desperately needs shade). Rooms ire fun with the sleeping platform and big windows. Customer service is my only criticism. They only had 2 folks to clean. So had to wait to get our room. However we were there at 3. And no response to 3 emails I sent the property. They may just be understaffed for summer tourism? But nice staff and great food.
