Much better than staying at a traditional hotel. Nice plant and decor to look at in the main areas. Plenty of private spaces to sit. The rooms had unique and fun decor.

We had a mix up with our room type for our dog and the staff was super understanding and nice and accommodating to get us a new room. The room wasn't huge but was cozy and comfy for our baby, toddler and doggie. We liked the platform bed and big tv! Also it was perfect for walking to the Switchbacks game! all was good! Wish we tried the food in the lobby.

I felt like the hotel was advertised as a Michelin rated boutique hotel but it felt like a Cafe with a hostel. Which is fine but not for the price I paid. Traffic noise was loud and a sliding door on the bathroom is a horrible choice. Also I made a specific housekeeping request and didn't receive the amount of towels I needed and the unused towels were removed which I was planning to use. Hospitality at the bar and when we entered was warm and kind and I love the plants and look of the cafe. We will look for a different option for our stay next time.

It was a nice place but the bed was just too soft and low so it was harder on my back.

Location and cleanliness The check-in process at a bar counter is problematic. Had to ask for service bc bartenders were ignoring us at counter for 5 mins or more

Hotel concept is interesting. Lobby very trendy and friendly. Room was okay but lacked things that are really required in a hotel room. No closet. No hangers. No iron or chairs and such. So a long term stay would be a challenge. For my night it was fine. Hotel is cute with nice views but it should probably add the basics that most people expect from a solid hotel.

Hotel itself was very clean, busy and the staff was cool. The hotel is walking distance from some decent food options and bars but there is also a cafe in the lobby. My room was on the 3rd floor (an ADA room) with a giant window facing Nevada Ave and it was LOUD at night. The bed is literally right up against the window sooo I would recommend earplugs for sleeping. The shower in my room was sadly….trash. Very poor water pressure and it totally bummed me out. Other than that, great spot.

The Kinship Landing is a unique hotel. We enjoyed the staff, bar, breakfast, and proximity to restaurants. The room we stayed in was small but adequate. The bathroom was small and housed the shower and toilet. The door was a sliding barn style door. The sink was in the bedroom area. There was a refrigerator and a high top desk as well as a small cushioned bench. There was only one hanger and no closet space. The bed was just a little challenging to get out of due to it being on a higher platform. Overall we enjoyed the hotel and plan to stay again.

Online No frills property, mistakenly called boutique hotel . No safety deposit box , not an actual bed just a mattress sitting on the raised floor, small rooms, bad noise all night from the highway

Loved the feel of the hotel and rooms. Great central location downtown, close to highway. No hotel keys! Not much. No iron in room and only 3 hangers for 2 people to share as we tried to hang up our close for the long weekend.

The rooms and facilities were well appointed and very comfortable. Some cleaning service and replenishment of towels would have been nice, we were there for many days. The staff on the whole were great! Only a few intermittent blasé interactions with the front desk.
