Breakfast was the new norm and good. Road noise on Huger Street side They didn’t realize someone was already in room we were initially given (or it never got cleaned)

Location First checked in I was given a room that had not been cleaned. On Sunday I had a friend over in my room while another guest was assigned the same room and entered my room with a key provided by front desk after 5 pm. Very disappointed in the staff lack of communication amongst themselves .

This isn't the Waldorf Astoria, but there's zero excuse for this. I don't know if I got the worst room because I booked through Expedia, but I'm still a paying customer. On top of that, the Wi-Fi is useless. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, my free internet loads like a hamster on a wheel is powering it. Charging $4.95 for functional Wi-Fi unless you have high-tier status is just a racket to nickel-and-dime guests. I travel practically every week, and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Pure basura. The only saving grace is the staff, the housekeepers and front desk workers were so sweet. Especially the young lady with locs and glasses; she was a total gem. They deserve better, and so do the guests.

Close to Hospital Traffic very noisy. Will request odd number room on other side of hallway next time.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was fine, comfortable and well stocked. The breakfast area was kept clean and the selection was appreciated. They struggled with keeping the coffee full and many people were waiting quite awhile for it to be restocked. I also was turned off by paying for parking when they had their own private lot. Seemed like a way to just make a few more dollars instead of including it as amenity.

The toilet ran all night, shower had hair in it so I didn’t use it. Told the front desk person about the toilet when I checked in and was told maintenance was out until the next morning and gave me an email address to email a complaint and ask for points. I didn’t want points I wanted a good nights rest in a room I paid for. Will not stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean. The rude staff at the front desk I will never come back here again.

They also charges a $12 fee for parking without telling you. Very shady. Never experienced that in my life of traveling.
