The frosted glass on both the bathroom and shower doors face the beds. Because it is frosted glass versus a wood door, if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night or get up earlier than the rest of your party, the light shines right into the eyes of those who are still sleeping. Whoever designed this layout/material use should never be hired again. Also, how does a room that sleeps 6 (2 queens and a double pull out sofa) only have one hook to hang your towels in the bathroom? Really doesn’t give people an option to reused towels if they can’t hang them to dry after use. Again poor planning

Room was huge. The HVAC unit was a little loud in the closet. But not a deal breaker.

Great location for what I was in Columbia for. I was in a nice sized room. Indoor pool was available and working. I didn't like the bed/mattress. Too firm for me.

It is fairly close to the university and I could even walk to a few places. They provided ear plugs because it is next to a load road and construction. They also provided a noise machine. That helped. They also charged for parking which I thought was too much to ask considering it was not right next to any big venue.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great and the hotel itself was very clean and well maintained.

Could use a refurb. Every chair stained and dirty, I pulled out the trendel bed and it had a lot of food debris on it that had falled through the couch, guess we we won't use that. Breaakfast options was a little below average in my experience with similar properties. I liked the hotel overall, but could use some investment in the property.
