Could use a refurb. Every chair stained and dirty, I pulled out the trendel bed and it had a lot of food debris on it that had falled through the couch, guess we we won't use that. Breaakfast options was a little below average in my experience with similar properties. I liked the hotel overall, but could use some investment in the property.

The room was clean, the pillows were not very good. Shower pressure was AMAZING!!! And Shirley from breakfast and hospitality was AMAZING!!! We would go back..

I never got an explanation for the bill being more than my confirmation. I asked for a manger to call and they never did. The TV set up is poor. The remote doesnt see the TV so channel changing is very difficult and there should be 2 tvs. No lotion in the room. The breakfast mediocore at best, no danish or muffins, whole fruit option was just bananas. I stay with the hotel often and I inadvertantly ckecjed for high speed i caled to tell them it was an error and they didnt care and charged me anyway. The front desk should be more informaed about the biall and able to help on the spot. I overpaid with no call.

We were told they ran out of pillows, poor shower. housekeeping did not clean the room, room was hot,kept at 60(but wasn't 60, thermostat broken)Hallways/elevator was hot.Garbage was piled up next to the ice maker/grounds dirty.No luggage cart.Pool cloudy

Traveling with a family the room is large but there is zero privacy in the room. The bathroom and shower rooms have sliding doors that don’t even shut all the way. These sliding doors are opaque glass so as soon as a light is on it lights up the room. I’ve seen some bad breakfasts before but this was very low level for a marriot. I should have known it wasn’t going to be a good experience with the complimentary earplugs at the front desk. The clerk couldn’t even be bothered to tell me my room number, where the elevator was (and in this hotel you need directions) or what time breakfast or checkout was. I felt like she was annoyed I was even trying to check in. I will be back to Columbia many more times but I would not stay there again or recommend it.

The rooms were really warm. The handle on one of the doors fell off. There were several large roaches in the hall.

They had a good breakfast but I have to state: Their coffee was the pits! I normally love hotel coffee - this was the worst coffee I have ever tasted. I should have told the staff but I did not. The coffee.

The stay was pleasant. Staff is wonderful including the professional and kind front desk and bar staff. Cleaning was an issue that was resolved after speaking with front desk. Parking is easy and close to downtown, sites, and the grocery store.

I was so disappointed when we arrived thinking it was the quality of Marriott Springhill Suites. a. The toilet in the room was super low, like a child’s size toilet b. The small pocket sized lotion was half full as it it was used, or housekeeping didn’t bother to check c. The price was too much for the accommodations. d. The room had a stench in it. Typically we would ask for another room but we were too exhausted e. There was hair in the toilet. Overpriced for the accommodations

Springhill Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The receptionist for check-in was very pleasant and explained everything before we got our room. The rooms are absolutely clean love the linen on the beds, which were white and the towels and washcloths were also fresh white line. The shower was very nice. I love it. In the area of the hotel was very clean and there was a lot of stores and restrooms within walking I definitely will come back again thank you.

Great location

We did not care for the doors in the bathroom. At night, if someone used the bathroom, it lit up the entire room. Also, was extremely disappointed in the breakfast options.

Super clean, comfortable, with friendly staff. Reasonable parking and a good walkable location in the Vista. Would stay again.
