Room was large The worst night - bed was hard and lumpy; the traffic noise was too much and the night music/venue/restuarants too loud

Proximity to so many things. Parking was limited.

Hotel was always clean and staff was welcoming

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are quiet. The front desk staff was not friendly at all and moved very quickly. We have stayed here previously, but this visit the lobby had an odd smoke odor. The free breakfast offered good variety and was tasty. The breakfast hostesses were so sweet and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. More parking would be a nice option because the lot was full when we returned at night and we had to park elsewhere even though we had paid for hotel parking.

Right in the middle of great dining and shopping. I had to pay 20 for parking even though a guest at the hotel.
