Work was being done in the hotel lobby and only one working elevator at the time of my stay. The self parking garage is nice as it is connected to the hotel. Only problem with parking is the gate to get out doesn’t always work and you have to wait to get car out. I waited with others over 5 minutes to get out.

The hotel is under construction. The rooms need an overhaul. The bathroom are nasty our soap was empty, call and was told they were out…what!!!!

It’s a convenient place on campus. Obviously, we’ll see how the upgrades come out when done, but you have to live with them now. Needs work. Room bathroom barely spits out water for showers and the built in shower is aging. Great location and overall not a bad hotel at all, but I can’t give it a 4-5 as a comparable yet. Still stay here more often than not due to location of campus needs.

Location Hotel under remodel we discovered upon check in. Lobby with tarp in various places, mega AC units blowing air out of ducks. We had a malfunctioning AC night one (stuck at 76). Valet was “gone for that night” for the night second night at 9:30pm. Bathroom was dated and grungy. Lastly- we stayed 3 nights and never once had our room serviced and we left early and were gone all day. There was no mention or signage stating anything about every other day or as requested etc. We had to request new towels each night that piled up on the floor,

They had no A/C , I was advise they would cancel the reservation ( 2 rooms) since we had to look for another hotel. But they said since it was through booking it had to be initiated by booking. It was done, they never responded, I got charged for 2 rooms that I couldnt use since they AC broke

I wasn't able to check in due to the failure of the AC system. So I had to relocate to another hotel. I was told I would pay for my stay once I arrived to the hotel and that was a lie I realized I had been charged the full amount that morning even before I even got there to check in.

Our room was clean and well kept, but the bathroom could use some general updating and repair. Hotel is in a great location to restaurants, and felt safe overall.

Wonderful stay! Construction going on right now but they were very accommodating.

Room was clean and quite comfortable. Valet parking is a plus for this hotel! In walking distance of everything we needed!

Rooms are really showing age , currently redo on lobby
-
Location I was not aware that it was under construction. Main Lobby etc. Had to enter thru restaurant.
-
The property was very close to my destination. It was well maintained with an upscale presence. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.
-
Hotel was under renovations during our stay. The main lobby was closed and they had temporary check in desks set up. There was a lot of worker movement around the pool area which made it less relaxing.
-
Proximity to my needs. Construction, customer service, valet service, breakfast.

Our second room had an insect infestation (ants I believe) in our beds. Hundreds of them. We then moved to another room that was not maintained for a while (dust mostly). Our fourth room was decent. Old, but relatively clean. The local team did their best to move us around, but the lack of maintenance, cleaning and the consequences of the first floor repairs ruined our experience. The Hilton corporate customer service was as useless as the expedia team. After several calls to them they were not able or willing to accommodate our requests. We would have moved to another hotel but was 4th of July with two kids. Impossible. At the end I received a refund for part of what I paid thanks to a local clerk who was the only person with common sense among these two large corporations. I will stay away from these old and poorly kept hilton properties and stop using expedia since they don’t support their customers leaving us to deal with the properties directly and pretending we didn’t book the room with expedia. No point in doing business with them if you have no support.
