Great place to stay. Wish they didn't charge for parking on their own lot.

The free breakfast let a lot to desire… it mostly consisted of a very restricted selection of pre-packed food with hardly any fresh products (fruits, pastries) on offer… The AC in the room was also malfunctioning and extremely noisy making it almost impossible to keep it on at night despite the high temperatures outside.

Being charged for parking. Then there was no spaces to park. Still charged for it. Got stuck parking in garage late at night or 2100 dark my daughter was harassed by a homeless man

The breakfast is always good and the staff is always friendly. This hotel is my go to spot.I love their brand but the last two visits have not been so good.. This particular visit, I had to have maintenance, tighten down the toilet seat.It was sliding everywhere by the next morning i found two small roaches in the bathroom.. The room was not cleaned very well. There was trash on the floor the microwave was dirty and the blanket didn't appear to be the cleanest.

Pool stayed closed majority of the time there. Our son played baseball tournaments the whole weekend and really wanted to cool off after being in the heat all day. We had no way too

Overall the staff were very welcoming. The place was clean overall. They could just clean up the webs on the window seals. The continental breakfast pretty good both days. They could’ve just made sure the food was warmer and full. But overall it was good.

The proximity to Main St and the State House is excellent.
