Excellent property at all levels

Very clean and new hotel

The staff were beyond respectful and also very supportive. We definitely enjoyed our time in Columbia and our stay at Tru.

The first day we got back our door was left open. Then we were getting in bed and there was black hair all over blankets and pillows asked for them to be changed and they just brought us sheets and had to change them ourselves and they just internet was down had no tv or internet

Nice sit down restaurant and bar

You have to pay to park at the hotel you are paying to stay at. The wifi was also down the entirety of our stay that means no TV due to that is what there TVs run on and no way to connect your Hotspot to the TV.

N/A I was not pleased with the requirement to pay for parking.

It was good. WiFi was not working day 1- but they offered wine beer food happy hour Wednesday which was cool.overall good stay

At checkout the front desk associate hooked us up with snacks and water bottles for our family of 4!

Beautiful hotel, front desk person was very welcoming

Everything was great. Only issue out of there control was the spectrum outage. That effected heck in process,TV services for the young ones and wifi for my telework. I used secondary methods as there I pads had built in wifi and I used my phone for the wifi connection. I can't blame them as I am always prepared. It would have been great to have that faster connection though.

The hotel was great except for one thing, the elevators and hallways were stiflingly hot. Some ac in those spaces would be greatly appreciated.

The Hotel is conveniently located across the street from a Publix supermarket. My room had a fridge. I loved the many light possibilities I had and many outlets that made working, reading, and charging my devices a breeze. The best asset of this hotel is their personnel. They are all attentive and kind. I would stay there again any time. I used the gym and I only wish more treadmills were working. The spots at the parking lot are for compact cars mostly. I drive a small car and didn’t have any problems.
