This property was our favorite by far. Lots of cute wallpaper, super clean and the staff was extremely kind.

Outstanding stay! My wife and I have stayed here many times. It is the choice hotel for us when we are in Columbia! Safe location, great staff, wonderful place to rest and relax!

What I didn’t like-there was a horrible odor in the hallway where something was either spilled or water dripped. The carpet was wet for 3 days without a humidifier or an attempt to clean it up.

Staff was not present most of the time at front desk. When there were there, they were not very friendly.

Very fun hotel. I"m not even a USC grad or fan and I thought all the details were really thoughtful and fun. The in house bar/restaurant was very solid after a long day on the road. There was an issue with their computers which made check in a bit of a pain but the staff did a great job communicating and helping and trying to sort it out.

We love staying at this hotel every time we’re in Columbia. It’s centrally located, close to USC, restaurants, shops, and the staff is friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10!

Friendly Staff, clean room, useful facilities. Awesome location perfect for heading over to USC and specifically the Horseshoe. Highly recommend The Graduate.

Poorly lit room. The blackout curtain is effective but the dark plaid darkens the room. Also, no privacy with the sheer curtain as I looked right into a parking garage.

What an adorable place to stay when visiting USC! The decor was so fun! The staff was very helpful & friendly. The rooms were clean & very comfortable. The coffee was great in the morning. We will be staying here whenever we visit from now on!
