Location Air conditioner wasn’t working properly. It was very hot in our room. Toilet paper holder was broken. Not enough towels or wash cloths

A great place to stay for usc move -in! Very convenient!

You either need non slip adhesives in the shower or a bar. Floor is very slippery and could cause a fall.

The hotel was lovely and the staff was amazing. I personally do not like feather down pillows and while the pillows were nice and fluffy when you first got there, they flattened out really quickly as does the bed and it caused us to be very stiff in the morning when we awoke.

Very clean, aesthetically pleasing and they had on site convenience store. Rooms are spacious clean and huge bathrooms. Loved our stay. N/A

Breakfast was good, though a little slow on busy mornings. Room was comfortable and climate control worked well. I don't like being up-charged for everything - breakfast, parking, etc. Access to parking was also inconvenient.

Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is not connected to the hotel. Must was down a well lit, but nasty alley to get to covered parking
