Close to the college Staff not helpful or friendly and just not that good at all

The location was very convenient and nice. It was a bit unclean. The water was shut off due to an incident so we couldn’t shower.. also the pool was unavailable as well for the kids.

The room was very nice. The breakfast was amazing No complaints

I had a couple strips of bacon only because it was semi close to the real thing (though still thin as paper). I tried a sausage biscuit, but it was hard and the biscuit fell apart like sand when I bit into it. Then I tried oatmeal but it was all stuck on the scooper so I could barely get any to come off into my bowl. If you want food, you’re going to have to pay for the overpriced bar and grill that’s there or go elsewhere to eat.

Good location Our room wasn’t available when we checked in, we did receive a voucher for the grill for the inconvenience. However, when it came to check in time, our room was still dirty! The hotel as whole was not very clean. The tile floors were constantly dirty as well as the elevators. The rooms were supposed to be serviced every day, but ours never was!

Home2Suite hotel stay was pleasant with the exception of not having the room ready at check in until after 8pm. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great as well! Overall, the experience was pleasant.

The place inside smelled and looked so clean. All employees were wonderful the entire three days we were there. No serious issues

Location Room was dirty including shower and smelled like weed, staff was not friendly or helpful and breakfast was cold and bad. Send pictures of showers. Also not enough towels or toilet paper

We stayed for 4 days with 4 children all ages 5 and under. We planned on staying at the hotel to relax but unfortunately they do not notify anyone that the heater in the pool was broke so it was freezing cold and we could not enjoy the pool at all. So frustrating so we went outside to sit by the fire since we were cold trying to get into the pool but that as well was broken. The staff never kept fresh hot coffee or hot water available even though its out to have. When you ask for coffee, they take forever to get it and the guy at the front desk told me to go to the bar on the other side attached hotel to get hot water even tho he could have walked into the kitchen right there but he was bothered by me asking while he was playing on his phone. The night we arrived we asked for a burner and they said they will get it but we have to provide our own pots and pans. They have a kitchen and no pots or pans? They also did not bring the burner after being asked several times. No trash can in our room. Lots of dirty diapers and no trash can.lastly, they never had breakfast out on time and one elevator of the 2 broken the entire time with football teams and softball teams staying. Took forever to get an elevator!

Dotti at the front desk was doing her best but she was getting very little help from the other workers and this place is a mess. The hotel has not been maintained and only one elevator was working, which meant it took forever to get upstairs and down. Parking is not included in the price and the breakfast is on styrofoam plates and pretty awful.

Only bad experience was there only being one elevator and a bunch of people hanging out in the parking lot on other people’s car

The room was great HOWEVER waiting for and hour and a half to get checked in wasn't good. The room was not ready at 3 or even shortly after - it was after 4:30 before we got into the room. Just don't understand folks that don't explain things

I didn't have any hot water in my shower, but other than that it was a nice stay

Staff were very kind. Friendly atmosphere. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast with variety.

The stay is always the best when we come to town. Great area for walking. Quiet neighborhood. The staff is incredible. From the greetings of Eric ,Kaneshia and Destiny daily were enough to know that they are great workers and enjoy the job. They all went above and beyond for our daughter’s 11th birthday.

The hotel is located in the best area for walking around and only a block from USC campus. We parked at their free parking lot and walked everywhere we needed to go. Small breakfast buffet style in the morning was a great plus before hitting the road again.

The room as the bright spot of the stay, other than the bathroom being small and the shower surround rusty and needing attention. The hallways were hot and stuffy, the internet would not connect and front desk sent me next door to the other Hilton property to ask them for a code. The room door didn’t close properly and great effort was needed to make sure it closed - I noticed other doors were not fully closed either. Breakfast was not hot or well maintained. Overall,this property is not up to par with other Home2 buildings.
