An alarm clock in the room went off in room early morning g and woke us which was not awesome.
-
Great location in relation to USC, good restaurant onsite and friendly staff

We did not have any hot water and because we stayed only one night they would move us to a room that had hot water so we took cold showers! Will never stay here again! When we ate breakfast at hotel I had to pay for mine but hotel employee in kitchen was serving their family for free. Not good! Need a new staff and GM!
-
Filthy room, no garbage can liners. I had to clean bathroom myself. Staff was rude and a member of my family was told “then leave B&$ch! By staff member. The police had to be called to remove former employee. Pool was closed we did not have notification until check in. The food that was supposed to be catered was absolutely disgusting and they ran out of food! Manager Eric was never available and this was by far the WORST stay ever. Hilton needs to pay more attention to the franchises, because they are destroying your brand. Don’t even think of booking this place.

We slept on clean sheets but the bed it self was dirty. The wait for a room was terrible and unprofessional.
-
The property was in excellent condition by cleanliness and had all type of amenities in the bathroom. I loved the environment. I will be going back again

The pool was closed every day.

The room was decently clean but I've definitely seen it cleaner. The breakfast was not worth the money. Go to one of the restaurants in the area. The staff kept saying sorry for the inconvenience of the pool being closed all weekend, my room being oddly moist even when I had the air on 67° and my mini fridge had a bunch of ice buildup.
-
It took awhile to check in. Then we get to our room and it hadn’t been cleaned at all. They were trying to find a clean room. There were carts but no house keepers. In all it took over 45 mins to get into our room. The staff was very nice. It was the lack of staff. It didn’t seem to be managed properly.

Hotel was very c!San staff was great

Location Had reservations 6 weeks prior, at 6:00PM had to wait 30 minutes before they could give us a room. Got handicapped room….we are not handicapped! Shade broken…..could not raise, so it was dark in the room. Toilet seat broken. No hair dryer.
-
I didn’t like that the housekeeper didn’t do a good job with make sure the room was good for ppl checking in. it had food in the refrigerator and spot on the blanket
-
Had to ask to be helped standing in front of desk in lobby upon arrival. Told to wait in chair until housekeeping entered room into system while others received keys. Room had no AC, had to wait HR’s and call corporate to get help.
-
The pillows on the bed were terrible. Lotion and body wash containers were almost empty. Requested replacement containers on my way out and when I returned only found the body wash no lotion. I had to go back down to the front desk and ask again then someone brought a bottle up.
-
They should check and fix elevators they have a horrible noise. They should make sure all rooms once clean have the heat turned off. They should fix all ice machines only one was working on 3rd floor. They should clean the bucket water more often when cleaning floors. Also we needed a dog free room and it seemed no one knew what rooms they were.
-
I enjoyed how the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The maids/clean up could pay more attention to detail when cleaning like the corners of the baseboards in the bathrooms and the base of the shower. The outside of the back of the hotel was in need of yrash pock up...as miscellaneous papers, cups, snack bags were all over...it wasnt recent because you could tell it had been there by the condition of weathering on the trash...But overall cleanliness was good, I would come back.

I thought the breakfast was too expensive. We ate breakfast elsewhere.
-
Friendly, caring staff. Bed a bit firm, but ok.
-
Very close to the University. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
