Beautifully maintained and overtly comfortable
-
Limited breakfast options.

The staff here was absolutely amazing, and the property itself was clean and inviting. However, the hallway lights in the tower stay on all night, and because the hallway windows don't have blinds, the hallway gets incredibly bright as soon as the sun comes up. It made it very difficult to sleep.

Our stay was wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Would definitely stay again!

Cute and unique hotel in downtown Columbia. Loved the various coffee stations on the property. Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. All the staff was very helpful.

Stylish, convenient, great food on-site.

Hotel was excellent. Very clean and the Ladder 13 restaurant was awesome. The food was great and the prices were good. They did not gouge or inflate pricing just because it's in a hotel lobby like most hotels do.

Great evening here!!

The only two things that I don’t love is: 1. There’s only valet parking. With $30 charge/ day. No parking lots attached to the property. 2. The first room we were assigned to didn’t have hot shower. Upon calling front desk, we were told that the maintenance guy don’t work over the weekend and has already went home for the day. ( understandable because it was 11 PM on Friday.) the staff was nice and agreed to switched us to another room upon request. ( but no 24/7 maintenance blow my mind) Overall, it was good… didn’t regret staying there, but not sure if I would come back next time …

The hotel had the cutest vibe in the old firestation. We didn’t have a tv controller and the soap in the shower wouldn’t work, but other than that the stay was great, the bed was comfy, the hangout areas were awesome and the breakfast was yummy!

Great service….clean rooms!!
-
The room was great and there is a coffee station on each floor. Not sure why there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms… minor inconvenience. We believe in their mission and we will be back.

Outstanding hotel! Super nice staff, wonderful sleek design and lots of amenities (gym 24/7, water and coffee machines, mini fridge, restaurant and bar). Such a pleasant stay, we couldn't wish for anything better! We are travelling with a toddler and they had a nice place in the back to offload a car and you can then either do valet ($30) or do street parking (free 7pm-9am). Also walking distance to so many bars and restaurants!

This was hands down, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long while. Immediately at check in, you’re greeted with a smiling and helpful face. The rooms are so clean and so well done. I loved the carafes and hallway bar area to fill up water and availability of complimentary tea and coffee. So incredibly thought out. Drew was the friendliest, he was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly kind. I wish there were more people in customer service like Drew. The valet staff was above and beyond and the entire experience when traveling for work was incredibly welcoming. Would definitely stay here and recommend.

Huge thank you to Rick and his amazing staff helping me celebrate mine and my husband's 5 year anniversary! My husband was wowed by absolutely everything and the service was incredible! Athena at ladder 13 delivered superb assistance to us while we ate at the restaurant and we will surely be back to visit again!
