There were 3 dead cockroaches in our room upon arrival. When I told the front desk, someone came in our room immediately to clean it up. The only disappointment was that the bistro was not open the whole weekend we were there. When we checked in, we were given the hours of breakfast and dinner but it was never actually open. I would definitely stay at this property again. Hopefully the bistro will be open next time.

The hotel was a little older had a very nice pool. The staff were very friendly, especially when I checked in. However, the TV wasn’t working. The technician came to fix it. The TV came on but the TV never worked. It’s scrambled all the time couldn’t watch TV and because I got the room through a third-party, I couldn’t get a discount in the fact that I was a unable to watch a TV while I was staying in the hotel room. They offered me some Bonvoy Marriott points. I still don’t know how much I got or if I was even awarded the points. Most important things with the hotel room is a the AC works be the beds comfortable and see there’s a TV that works in the room great staff decent hotel horrible TV.

Did not like the small frig and the no bath tub and only a shower. Also the lighting in the living area was very dark.

Excellent staff. They were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms were recently remodeled and very clean.

Is newly renovated and everything was top notch Pool could not be used because we were told it still needed to be certified. The staff offer for us to go their sister hotel about 4 min away and that we could use their indoor pool. We did and it was very easy and satisfied our young granddaughters.

Nothing truthfully The staff was horrible. I went to check in 2 hours after 3p check in time and my room was ready. When asking to use the restroom for my small children, I was told I had to go to my room which wasn't ready. The employee was more focused on getting off for the day vs assisting with what she knew was an absurd situation!! I will not book there again and will not recommend for anyone else to.

Our reservations had two rooms book and first we were told that it was only one room and then I pulled up email informing them of the 2 rooms and then they booked us on 2 separate floors and would not schedule them on same floor. Also, we were also not notified that this hotel was under renovations beforehand as the restaurant was not open during our stay nor was the gym available. Had we known we would not have stayed at said restaurant.
