The pool was not working and the rooms felt stuffy

The room was so dirty could not even walk on the carpet floors with out getting your feet black they were cottenswabs on the floor under the counter was not even a remote for the TV could not make coffee in the room no coffeeand the pool you couldn't even use it it was never open at all and was only told it would be open between 5pm to 10 pm wat about during the day like 9am to 9 pm when its hot out and you dont want to go shopping or dont have the money to do it.. it was not a good at all experience. I won't be back if I can help it. The ladies at the desk were very nice and pleasant to be around.

it’s okay for the price of the stay but it had some maintenance issues that could be up dated like cracks in ceiling and chipped paint

I didn’t like anything. Bathroom was mildew and moldy and you can smell the mold in bathroom and the room. There are lotsssssssssssssssssss of roaches and other bugs. I have plenty pictures of how nasty it was. They really should be shut down for infestation.

Staff were overly involved. I expected more privacy. Also, I paid a $50 cash deposit and never saw it again and I know for a fact my room was left in perfect condition.

Horrible experience we bought cleaning products & disinfectant the room first 20 minutes after a flight and waiting for our rental we couldn't shower that night and no clean towels until 12 noon the following day which I checked out after establishing a new reservation that I had to put unexpected money out in order to enjoy my vacation with a clean Hotel to shower in and relax without risking respiratory issues! My daughter coughed the entire night and evety time we entered the hotel rooms Yes we had the experience of two of your rooms I didn't expect 4 Star but I did expect a nice , clean room with clean beddings and towels!

I purposefully booked this hotel to use the pool. We were traveling to celebrate a graduation for my nephew from boot camp and had planned a family day by the pool for the fun. Unfortunately I was notified only 2 hours before I was to arrive that the health inspector had not completed their annual review so the pool was not open. This should have been made notice on all of the hotels advertising including Hotels.com. The staff was helpful in getting my pre check in done on the phone which is when I was notified about the pool. The hotel was well enough for a quick stay but failed to meet my needs. We also had no time to rebook anywhere else due to it so were stuck with what we had. The staff also indicated that they had communicated multiple times with the health inspector office and that they simply keep cancelling their visit for whatever reason. Hence the reason for the 4 stars instead of flat 1 star review. The hotel was trying, it is just GA public service at its finest.

Some of the rooms were musty smelling. Housekeeping did not clean any of our rooms. We had to fight for towels and our trash to be taken away. The manager Misty or Missy called the police on us because she said we were harassing her for 3 days. When the cops came she changed her story and didn't have anything to say. The manager was too busy watching kids that were in the office and did not want to help us. One kids name was "Stank". She kept calling to him and checking on him while waiting on us. Which is how we know his name. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and then to be humiliated by police showing at hotel room door. I am Flabbergasted to say the least. We were here to see my son graduate and this really made me sad.

Definitely an extended stay type of place.
