Overall very nice. But……. Bathroom sink handle fell off, volume did not work on tv with no volume control on tv to override, room very musty/ humid. Thanks for listening

Not sure how this hotel has such great reviews. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant. However, our room had a weird smell. When we walked in, the laminate hard wood floor had air underneath it. We took showers and as we were walking around the bathroom and the tile in front of the door, the smell got stronger. Then we realized, it was pet urine. The urine had started to pop the tiles up. The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was impressive. However, the state of the room was so bad that we couldn’t see the good things. I generally don’t write reviews but this was so bad that I felt the need to let you all know.

Lighting in bedroom area was harsh like a doctor’s office. We couldn’t open the curtain to gain natural light since the highway cars looked right in. The carpet had lots of stains and hall tile sticky. One worker while we waited at the elevator, made inappropriate sexual gestures.

Good place to stay, staff was very friendly.

We made reservations for 2 rooms, and when we arrived at midnight, they told us they were overbooked and I had to share a room with my coworker. They admitted they should have contacted us by phone and let us know, and they implied that they ofter were overbooked by policy.

I understand booking.com was supposed to book a handicap accessible room. Everything was great. My only issue was the toilet seat was a bit to low. Again not Microtel's fault.

The price and location mostly. I was charged $100 holding fee on top of $196 which was for the whole weekend. After checkout I was going to be refunded my $100 deposit. It's now been two whole weeks from that booking and still haven't received my money back. After reaching out to them they insist on telling me they refunded omy money. Even though my bank's already confirmed they charged me $100 never refunded it to me. I will never stay there again.
