Clean room. Great staff. Amazing trip

I really wanted to like this place. It is cute, I love the set up of the rooms, and it was comfortable. Unfortunately, it was not up to my standards for cleanliness. When I checked in, I found a glob of long hair on the bathroom floor, like it was stuck to the mop and then got stuck to the floor. There was also small hairs in the shower and a ring of pink mildew around the drain. I informed the person at front desk and he sent someone to clean it, but the pink mildew ring remained. I also kept my socks on because its still a hotel - and the bottoms of my socks were incredibly dirty from the floors. When I showered, the drain wasn't draining properly and water was backing up. I literally went and bought blankets at Target to sleep on and under because everything just felt gross at that point. Very cute set up, but unfortunately I cannot stay here again.

If you’re going to Fort Benning or to the graduation, this is a great place to stay. It’s near everything -close enough to the base, good food options and shopping

The only problem I had was the ADA toilet was too low for anyone with a leg handicap. Stepping into the shower was okay for me but you should be warned about the toilet.

The staff member on duty is an embarrassment to your organization and his behavior borders on criminally fraudulent.

Loud dogs and long term tenants making noise

The security. I liked the code key access to get into the apartment section. Vending machine took peoples money. Front desk would not give us an extra 10 minutes to wait for our daughter to meet us there even though house keeping was on another floor sheets on bed were stained and showed excess wear

I like that its very convenient when it comes to check in specially after hours I did not see anything i didnt like so far

The dishwasher didn't work, no dishwasher liquid, just the tablet for the dishwasher. I had to leave the unwashed dishes in the dishwasher

Rooms are really nice with all the accommodations to include full kitchen, large bathroom, spaceous living room area and bedroom area. Community was quiet and clean. The office staff called me a day before to confirm.

I loved the location, it was close to restaurants, markets and shopping stores. It really felt like a home away from home. I needed to work while on vacation and the room made me feel very comfortable to do so. I had options of working at a desk or at a nice counter in the kitchen area! The beds are very comfortable and soft !! I would have really loved for the showers to have handheld shower heads. I was traveling with my elderly mother and that is definitely something beneficial for her.

The total package...walked into the unit with a complete kitchen minus food and condiments, of course, even had a dish washer! And, it had like a den along with a bedroom with a TV in each area. Bathroom stocked with a wall shampoo and body wash. And so clean. I can't think of a thing I didn’t like.

They did not have room service available for a 3 day stay.

The layout was comfortable for my family, I like the convenience of having restaurants nearby. We had some mishaps but they were handled by the manager.

You don't have breakfast. I been waiting for you guys to call me back. My air was messed up. I was eaten alive by fleas. I stayed one night. But I booked three. I got no reimbursement back at all. Getting no air conditioning. Eaten up by fleas. No reimbursement back

The code to open the lockbox was sent via email. Since we were traveling and i don't have email on my phone, getting our room key was an issue. I would have appreciated a text instead.

Nice room. Secure entry - not shared with public access. Priced right. Clean, comfortable, exactly what we needed. No sugar or creamer packs in room. Coffee - yes, but hope you like it black.
