This property is in a perfect location from benavista. It was clean and I love that it had a kitchen because I have a baby under one that uses bottles. Staff was great

Dogs are welcome and barking throughout the day and night that was very easy to hear and communal hangout in the middle stayed oretty loud till about 10pm most every night we were there. Other than the noise it was a good place.

Super easy check in and check out process ! Was so clean inside the room and outside the patio as well as outside the rooms (halls). Would definitely stay here again. Felt very safe and a nice area overall.

Looks just like an apartment, very clean. Prices are reasonable.

Efficient and courteous staff. Rooms were modern ,up to date and clean

Our stay was ok. We have stayed here about 3 or 4 times and each time the say keeps declining. This time the apt wasn't clean or wiped down. The stove was broken and had cracks through it, the door stop behind the door was pushed into the wall and a big hole, the piece above the door that allows the door to shut was missing and the door stays open if you dont pull it to. The tub was stopped up water stayed in the shower while showering which was disgusting. There was only one chair at the kitchen island. There was tape on the ceiling in the bedroom. The air condition was barely cooling the apt off. After discovering these issues with our room on Thursday check in before 5 there was nobody on duty to switch rooms with or discuss the issues with. However, the young lady on duty Friday was very helpful and polite. Our stay Thursday-Sunday was a little difficult with so many issues going on. Usually our stay is very pleasant and comfortable. We were in rm 212. It can definitely use some attention and repairs.

We didn't see any staff the whole time we were there. Had to call .multiple times but the staff over the phone was helpful but seemed not friendly. Didn't know how to check in, waited for a while before calling for help. We had a light bulb out in the room, no dresser to put clothes. No instructions on how to access wifi.

Upon arrival, the guest Wi-Fi was down and the card key maker didn’t work. Also, the elevators didn’t work. Stayed for three nights and the elevators worked sporadically. Front desk is not man at all from the early evening to the next morning. When card keys or elevators don’t work guests are out of luck. Aside from that the property has great potential and the staff are very kind and helpful.

The room was a great size. Loves the separation between the bedroom and kitchen/living area. The wifi and tvs. We didn't have either for our room. The wifi didn't work.

Room itself was great. Clean and very comfortable. Very good value for the price. Only wish it was easier/closer to hop off/on the highway we were traveling on. The pros outweigh the negatives, however, so we'd definitely stay here again.

Property/room my family stayed in was just like the pictures.

I really wanted to like this place. It is cute, I love the set up of the rooms, and it was comfortable. Unfortunately, it was not up to my standards for cleanliness. When I checked in, I found a glob of long hair on the bathroom floor, like it was stuck to the mop and then got stuck to the floor. There was also small hairs in the shower and a ring of pink mildew around the drain. I informed the person at front desk and he sent someone to clean it, but the pink mildew ring remained. I also kept my socks on because its still a hotel - and the bottoms of my socks were incredibly dirty from the floors. When I showered, the drain wasn't draining properly and water was backing up. I literally went and bought blankets at Target to sleep on and under because everything just felt gross at that point. Very cute set up, but unfortunately I cannot stay here again.

If you’re going to Fort Benning or to the graduation, this is a great place to stay. It’s near everything -close enough to the base, good food options and shopping
