Rooms are really nice with all the accommodations to include full kitchen, large bathroom, spaceous living room area and bedroom area. Community was quiet and clean. The office staff called me a day before to confirm.

Great hotel in Columbus compared to the rest of the area. I really liked the apartment-style layout. The room was nice and comfortable. The only issues were the thin walls and check-in. We unfortunately arrived after lobby hours, and the phone number we were supposed to call did not work. The issue stemmed from booking through Expedia or any other 3rd party, so it's not really the hotel's fault for the digital key issue, but it is their fault for not having a working emergency number to call. If you are arriving during normal hours, no worries. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely stay here next time and bring my dogs, since they are dog-friendly as well.

The reservation was prepaid. Check-in was supposed to be 3pm. We got into town at 4:15 and was told our room was not ready. We waited in the car since we were not familiar with the area and it happened to be the hottest day in GA thus far. We ended up having to drive around to cool off. They finally called us at 6:30 to let us know the room was ready. When we got into the room it smelled like a combination of stale cigarette smoke (it was a non-smoking room) and wet dog. It was a horrible experience! Never again!

The staff was were very professional.

Overall good stay and enjoyed my time visiting family. Some cleanliness issues upon entering with hairs in bathroom and an old stain on pillow case. Few things that I would have liked improved: fire alarm would go off frequently with us and other guests - windows barely open to let out smoke and wasn’t aware of fan on microwave above stove. Not enough items for the kitchen like towels, soap, or sponge. Not a lot of staffing up front, nobody available when checking out and certain one time when other guest needed help late at night with a fire alarm they couldn’t turn off.

Overall a good experience

The only issue we had with the property was the noise level. The room next door had TV on throughout the night. We could hear TV, conversations, even the microwave beep next door. The staff was very nice. The entire property was very clean.

cleanliness & great location I could not reach the front desk at all when I called multiple times

WE LOVE THIS LOCATION! THE MANAGER ERIC GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND! HE IS THE ABSOLUTE SWEETEST. IT WAS ME AND MY FAMILY 2ND TIME HERE. WHENEVER I DO VISIT COLUMBUS, THIS IS WHERE I WANT TO STAY.....EVERYTIME! Everything was a 1000/10

I wish there had been a few more pots and cooking utensils. A kitchen towel and a sponge would have also been great. We had to run back to the store for a few supplies that I didn't realize we would need.

Everything is clean nice and comfortable. My only complaint is that the rooms are joined and they was noisy young people trying to sing to music at 2am. I banged on the joined door after not being able to sleep. I wont stay again because I didn't get any rest.

Nice place to stay

The room lay out was great. I had a huge problem with the people next door (it had an adjoining door) dog barking all hours of the day and night. When I first brought up the problem, I was dismissed because it's a "pet friendly" hotel. I have stayed in many pet friendly hotels and have never had a problem with this. My daughter went down about ten hours later because once again the dog was out of control and was informed that they had many complaints and they were looking into it. I did receive a text later that night saying the dog was takin care of. Great, but what about the fact that the night before I was up all night long with an out-of-control barking dog, and was originally dismissed. It was the worst 24 hours I have ever stayed in a hotel. I will never go back to a StayApt, and will highly discourage other people from getting a room here.

Cleaner bathrooms

Room was clean but medicine left in the refrigerator. Trash under kitchen sink. The rest of the suite was clean. No overnight front desk so I was glad we got there early enough to check in.

It was an overall nice stay. The beds are uncomfortable but everything else was great. Friendly staff good amenities.

Nice Nothing

When we checked in there was water on floor from leaking dishwasher. Front desk gave us towels to clean it up ourself. Bathroom sink faucet was loose.

Very nice furnishings Says it gives you stuff to cook with, but it's bare minimum so you can't do much.
