The male staff member was pleasant and explained the refund process. Refund was granted. No plans to return to this property.

They was rude and once there they wanted 100. For dep. For pet and room dep. After paying for room and did not even get to stay. They would not let me stay bc I was I upset about fees and had really bad day trying to find place to stay at

A little tricky to get to/drive to. Very “basic.” Water pressure good. Breakfast options sparse. In the end, it fit the bill.

The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, air-conditioning worked great. The building could be maintained a little better.

Really nice, we got the king suite. Room was kinda muggy but overall not terrible!

Well the room was clean for whatever meets the eye at first. A little later one realizes that attention to detail was lacking. Electric plugs were either filthy or ready to come of the wall. Breakfast was nothing. I would not stay here again. Sorry. It looked clean but it was not clean.

Decent room but it was very damp all the time. It probably needed a humidifier or something every thing felt wet. It was supposed to have a breakfast but I was never open. The one day I asked them to open it they didn't have anything.

I checked in around 10pm. The guy behind the desk was yawning and barely awake. He took a copy of my D/L and then poroceeded to ask me if had dyed my hair. Totally inappropriate. I'm sure good help is hard to find these days.

The gentleman who checked us in was really friendly, polite, and quick! He and I talked a bit about our recent back surgeries, that ironically were exactly one day apart. As he was on the computer checking us in, I was met by this little boy who asked me how many beds I wanted, and proceeded to acted as if he was also on a computer! The building and its surroundings were very clean. Our room was also very clean and had newer looking furniture and bedding. Our room had the jet/hottub, a refrigerator that was decent size, and a microwave even though the description didn’t mention it. By the way, our carpet was very clean and appeared newer. We will definitely be back every time we bring our youngest back to his dorm at MSU!!

The room itself was clean, the AC worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The TV worked without issue. Our main issue was that check in is at 2PM. We arrived after driving for the better part of the day to find that the room would not be ready for another hour. We were there to attend an event and it made us late trying to get everything done. The clientele at this location are not that great, and by that I mean there was loud music, drunks, and a fight.

The GPS took us elsewhere but I knew it was beside the Motel 6 so I had to have maps take me there every time so I could find the location. The staff were so kind and the room was very clean and smelled very good! I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast as I was gone before time but for the one day I did, it was just waffles, coffee and sunny D. There was cereal and milk too. The toilet stayed dripping but I couldn’t hear it if the door was closed. Everything else was perfect! The bed was so comfortable and the shower was hot! The room was being cleaned as I was checking in so i had peace of mind knowing how clean it was.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was older and not the cleanest. You get what you pay for.
