This place has been recently renovated but I did see two roaches on the property. One was in my room. They need to have this placed stayed each mont by Wayne’s pest control in Columbus. Otherwise everything was nice. Rooms are clean and ac worked great

I couldn’t get anyone to come to the room after they initially came while I was getting out of the shower but when communicated after leaving and placing a call to the office to clean my room and needing towels, no one ever came to clean or give me clean towels. I was trying to be economical while staying in Columbus and I got what I paid for. I should’ve spent the extra money for comfort and real amenities.

This place has been renovated recently. The lighting is great and pretty safe area. I would definitely stay here again. For the price it can’t be beat

The lobby area was very clean. My bathroom walls were a different story. EEK. Overall, good value for the cost though.

Hotel was ok. Room was nice and everything worked. Not a great atmosphere due to the quality of the other quest. Leave for breakfast at 6:00 am and guys smoking pot outside of the room next to mine.

The first night was okay. The second night, we had a “lovely” family that stayed up all night, kids running and screaming up and down the hallway. Loud music playing and a bbq grill outside. Called the front desk twice to handle the situation. One of the men in that group knocked on our door and stood outside our window trying to intimidate us. I opened the curtains stared back at him and brought my dog to the window in which he walked away. Around 1:00 am I had, had enough and called the law to have them shut the nonsense down. Definitely will NOT be staying here ever again.

The room was clean. The staff were a little busy. Breakfast was OK. Air-conditioning worked great

Bathroom was in desperate need of a renovation but it was clean. Room was well worn but clean. Breakfast was a bit better than expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

No breakfast. Your key doesn't work the next morning so you have to have someone stay in room to keep door open while you put your luggage in the car. The TV wouldn't work for a long time to hard to get it going

I’ve stayed here more than 8 months in this hotel and never had a problem. The other day I booked a couple of days and I got a non smoking room like usual and it was conjoined with a smoking room. The dude in the other room was smoking like a train and all the smoke kept coming in my room and giving me headaches. Went to staff to get my room changed and they said I’d have to wait till morning. Checked out and booked a different hotel. The lady who runs the desk is amazing and so kind,
