Room was never cleaned, we had to ask for towels and wash clothes, coffee, trash to be emptied etc. Elevators smelled like Weed!! Worst stay ever! Upon arrival rooms were not ready at 3:15 after driving 8 hours to get to hotel. Two months ago we stayed at the same hotel and upon arrival at 3:30 rooms were not ready either. We stayed 4 nights this time and VERY Disappointed!! Have NO intentions of Staying at the Fairfield AGAIN!!!!

Black mold in the bathroom. Something in the room had me itching all night.

I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!! ALL the staff are professional...from the nutrition staff, house staff, and front desk. The location is centralized to eateries, shopping and highways. This establishment takes pride in cleanliness.

very clean rooms,staff was great, breakfast was good, great air conditioning, breakfast was good when grits, bacon, and all the trimings were served, grits there and gravy biscuits is excellent..

The room and hotel were very clean. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. Breakfast was very good every morning and each day was a little different.

My room was no service I didn’t realize that you have to ask for the room to be cleaned. I always thought that you must hang the do not disturb on the door. However the also did not stay hot. Breakfast need real hot food like hot oatmeal and grits.

My room was toward the end of hall, therefore the parking lot in backside was nore accessible. Me being a female I didn't feel safe parking at night on that side. The trash being is right there at door & my key didn't work to allow me in quickly.

The breakfast honestly, the 1st day wasn't good. The 2nd and 3rd day were different, very fresh and hot! Parking was limited, however, I felt safe anywhere on the property! Overall very pleasant experience. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect!
