It was a nice stay. The air conditioning was great, was hot as heck!

Our refrigerator wasn't working good.

Very clean and the staff was awesome.

The check in was fine. Room looked fine. However, when my husband lay on the bed we found the mattress was cracked about a third of the way across. Never seen anything like it. We don’t even know how someone could make the bed like that. Did no one report this cracked bed? Why would they just rent that out? But for sure we would not be able to sleep on that so we requested another room, which was given. That room turned out to be the one we had noticed earlier had an open door. We check the room and it seemed ok so we transferred all our belongings. At no point did any staff member come to see the first bed or check to see if the second room was ready. It was only after getting out of the shower I realized there were no towels. My husband ran back to the first room, which we had left unlocked, and took the towels from there. Then reported we had done so to the front seat so they could not say we stole them. The place looked nice but service was pretty sketch based on our experience. Breakfast was the usual kind of processed food you get at a place like this, with the addition of eggs and sausage of some kind and decent yogurt. No unflavored creamer for the coffee and no half and half. I can’t say not to stay here but don’t take anything for granted. Everyone was nice as can be. They just did not seem to care one way or another.

The people were friendly and the breakfast was sufficient. I reserved a room with two beds and we were placed in a room with one queen instead. The room was also on the same side as the highway and was very noisy. Not much sleep was had.

I had a great experience and so grateful to all the staff.

If this had been posted when I booked or discounted because of all the inconveniences, maybe. But we never would have booked there if we knew it was like this.

Pool was closed in June, no door worked with room keys. Their key making machine was broken. And no drain plug in the bathtub.

Also, your juice machine provided watered down juice. It tasted awful and the color was clearly off.

It was nice I booked a king room and it looked like a queen room with a queen bed

Hotel was good but room had old smell, and half cleaned . House keeping very poor job. Very noisy. Before you wake up house keeps come disturbing your peace way before check out .

I did not get the room I booked. Wanted 1 king suite, got 2 queens. More water coming out of the tub spout then shower head.
