Best Western Executive Suites

The young lady that checked us in was amazing! The issue was that the room was too humid...there was no in-between either freezing or humid!! The hvac system clearly needs work and the pictures used on Expedia are not real..those are AI. This is not a BW Executive Suites!! There is NOTHING Executive about this place! It's defintley a trucker hotel and "locals" hotel. Falsely advertising this as a BW Executive Suites should be illegal.

The room had a foul odor, rust stains in the tub and toilet. Furniture dated and looked dirty and soiled. Breakfast was decent and was a full breakfast.

Rooms were a bit out dated and could have used more cleaning. Employees were amazing. Jacuzzi tub did not work correctly. Breakfast was great.

All was great

We traveled 8 hours for a funeral and arrived at 1:30pm. We were hoping for an early check in but were told that no king rooms had been cleaned yet. The clerk took my phone number and said that she would call when a room became available, but we never got a call. The entire lobby was under construction for renovations but this information was not on their website. This property is not a hotel, has no elevators, and is a motel with individual outside doors. The room was large and adequate, but it is in desperate need of updating. The bathroom door barely clears the toilet, making it difficult and awkward to enter and exit. The breakfast was good and the location is great with many restaurants and stores nearby.

It was very clean in my room I really enjoyed my stay there and the clerk was very nice

Our experience was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel grounds, parking lot, front and back were clean and taken care. Felt secure and had easy access to restaurants.

Close to where we needed to be for the weekend. Room was hot, phone didn’t work, shower barely put out water, cobwebs hanging in the bathroom. Bed was stiff. Summer time the pool wasn’t available.

It was the best breakfast I have ever had at that time.. however, three days and no different in foods another words , same food choices, no fried eggs or omelets were offered. Try to offer some hints for a gluten free snacks or food. Not interested. There was a fan in the room that was quite noisy, it didn't have a bath mat in the bathroom after being told I was handicap. Also, there was some mold in the tub, however, I sprayed some bleach on it. Normally I would have left and gone to another hotel, but to the MSU graduations I didn't have much choice. Also, felt unsafe there as my door was not completely sealed . However, the owner did offer to put me in another room but I'm to old to repack and move again

1 night stay it was okay for only 1 night no coffee that morning
