Not what is expected, my hallway there was multiple rooms bolted shut.

We stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it. But let me point out some stuff for yall. They count towels and won't give you extra unless you turn in your dirty ones and they check the trash if they suspect you were smoking. And they to charge based o. The assumption that you were smoking simply because you have the smoking materials.

Web site pictures are from the property's grand opening - it doesn't look like this now. There are hints of how nice it once was, but those days are long gone with the least amount of money going to keep this property up and running. Water stains all over the lobby ceilings, worn carpet and furnishings and a parking lot from hell with cracks and holes. Hotel is understaffed. Sign on the counter said "Be back in a moment". Only one attendant when we arrived during daylight hours and she was in the kitchen doing dishes. She was also the bar tender. No way this place has a restaurant, yet there is a sign in the elevator advertising one. Attendant was very nice and helpful. Arrived on our floor and cleaning crew still working - early evening. No room cleaning service the next morning. Asked for room to be cleaned and only towels were removed, no cleaning and no replacement of towels. Sink had been repaired, see picture. Something I would expect in a Motel 6, but not here - yet it was. Got to love the soap dispenser. Over all, not the worst place to stay for a younger guy and friends and Columbus is small. However, it's not the place you want to take your family. And it is definitely not the same place as shown in the pictures. Think 20+ years later and very little maintaining of property.

It was quite and in the cut off the highway My room didn’t have a microwave in it.

The breakfast was good. I was charged 75.00 for our dog. The shade on the window was broke..There is not a microwave in the room l had to go down to the kitchen to heat food up..My family said that they felt nervous here and we have stayed at a lot of hotels.

No water in the room. No mini fridge. No lotion. No face soap. Room was clean-ish

Room was clean but furniture broken, beds were wore and uncomfortable. Couldn’t use the pool because people (more than 6)were showing up that were not guest, extremely loud music and nothing was done about it. I have stayed here previously and had no issues whatsoever. This trip was horrible.

It was quiet and we could rest after a long drive Ice machine didn't work elevator didnt work. Front desk night personell couldn't get computers to check us in because they were slow. Couldn't get copy of bill because printer didnt work. Keys to our room wouldn't let us in side door and we had to back for keys to be reworked. Theis was all happening when we got in at 1 am. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The location with Central… But… The elevator stopped working with me in it for a few minutes… And the television didn’t have any instructions on how to use the controller… I couldn’t get it to work. I asked the desk to send someone up… And after five minutes, he said oh you only get the upper channels. I think that was somewhere between 10 and 15 channels no possibility of Netflix or any movie channel… Or streaming… Oh well.

BIGGEST ISSUE - using the “check in now” feature on hotels.com did not interface with the hotel reservation system. My sister used that feature and when she arrived her room had been canceled. I witnessed other guests, who booked through other 3rd party vendors, having Issues as well. It seems to be an issue with the hotel. Hotel staff were encouraging guests to reserve directly on the hotel website and not 3rd party vendors.
