    Was an absolutely wonderful experience, it began with them, letting me check in early and getting straight to my stepfather‘s nursing home to see him. I really appreciated them helping me to get to him as quickly as possible. Everyone there in the front desk cart to the housekeeping staff to the cooks all went out of their way to be helpful to show me where things were when I couldn’t find them thank you so very much.

    Beds were comfortable for us. Pool is seasonal and wasn't open. Over sold the room we reserved and was given a lesser room for the same rate booked on Expedia.

    We visited during a fully booked weekend and our room was ready upon arrival. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, getting the long line checked in very quickly. Room was perfectly clean, very quiet and beds were very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping and kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful when we interacted. Would definitely stay here again.

    We arrived at Hampton Inn in Columbus, Ms. April 24 at about 10:00 pm. I had called ahead of time and told them we would be arriving late. The woman who welcomed us did. Or give us any directions or necessary information. The room was nice. We left the next day not returning until late agin since we were there to visit with my grandchildren in Starkville. When we got the the room it had not been serviced. The trash had not been emptied, the dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor, and the beds had not been made. I went down and complained to the desk which was manned by a young man that seemed to not know what was going on. He said he wrote my room number down and they would service our room the next day. We left after breakfast and didn’t return until late that evening. We were surprised to see our room still had not been serviced. I went to the desk again. As I rode down on the elevator I asked two ladies who were in there also if they had had their room serviced. One answered that they had been there the same days as us and since they only service your room every other day their room had been serviced once. I asked how they knew it was to be serviced every other day and they said they were told when they checked in. No one told me! I went to the desk and complained again to a different person. I stayed at the Hampton because I thought it was a top notch hotel. That’s what I paid for but didn’t get.

    Door to room was broke. No cleaning service. Had to ask for towels and wash clothes. Also outrageous price 350 per night for what we received. Room was not worth it!

    I like how clean and organized the facility was from the outside as well as the inside. I like how easy it was to check in and find your room. The location of the hotel was right in town, so we did not have to go far to eat or shop. The breakfast was amazing and has a lot of delicious options to choose from. The lounge was relaxing and always clean. I can't forget to mention the staff that were so hospitable and made us feel right at home. They always acknowledged me and my party, returning and leaving. It's a small gesture, but it showed that they honestly cared that it was much appreciated. To be honest, there is nothing that I could think of that I didn't like about my stay. It was truly a great experience.

    Listen, this was the best hotel I have stayed in recently (and I've stayed in several from California to New York). My husband and I were visiting for one night. Antais checked us in. He is the perfect person for this job. He was professional and personable with such a refreshing attitude and genuine smile. Our room was clean and very comfortable & quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. The entire setup was absolutely terrific as were the employees. When trying to open our door for the first time after checking in, it didn't take right away. A house keeper standing nearby asked "Ya got it?" and once we did, she just smiled and wished us a good evening ~ so kind. When getting a second cup of coffee at breakfast, the employee stated a fresh batch was brewing and it'll be out in 4 minutes which was perfect. Upon checking out, the lady was so kind and professional. We truly felt welcomed and so comfortable during our stay. We will be back, there's no doubt about it! Thank you for renewing my faith in the service industry with people who exemplify quality, character, and kindness. Kudos to all!! You made our weekend super special.

    I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didn’t checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude and they tried charged us and said it was a no show until I told them that they needed to pull up cameras and I was going to dispute it with my bank if they didn’t refund.

    Staff was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Breakfast was well prepared and served in a spotless serving/dining area. Facility was located exactly where we wanted to stay in Columbus. I found ZERO FAULTS with anything.
