It was close to my event and shopping was next door. It didn’t look appealing on the outside and the pool was nasty! It looked like a swamp just nasty!! The room smelled!

Loved the cleanliness of the room. The hotel itself was clean. It was a bit warm in certain areas. My only dislikes would be the cable TV was not working and only had 4 channels available.

Rooms could have been better…the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it had water damage. the breakfast was hot and good. However the lady preparing breakfast was very rude. Breakfast ended at 10am but she was fussing and complaining about us coming down 20 minutes before breakfast ended. We didn’t have any requests, we simply helped ourselves to what was left over due to timing. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. She made the stay very welcoming. I would stay again but would skip breakfast if that same lady is still there.

Bathroom dirty, right along freeway, breakfast was yuck.

Bugs/cocoons in the folds of the curtains. Blackout curtain was falling off the rack. Miserably hot in the hallways! Initially front desk staff only offered to move me to a different room yet other guests were just starting to notice infestations in there rooms as well. Checked in at 3pm, checked out by 8pm. Front desk staff did reverse charges but I’m still waiting to see that on my bank account.

I had a reservation there for followimg weekend as well, but I canceled it in favor of another hotel. They had a cheap rate to stay there, and now I know why. I will not be returning.

Nothing. I was accused of stealing a lamp and charged an incidental fee, I called to confront the party and they blocked my number. Water stopped up in sink, they purposely closed the pool, I tried contacting corporate due to being wrongfully accused of stealing but the property gave me the wrong number.

We needed to book a room at this hotel at the last minute. The cleanliness was disappointing. The room was completely wet, so we spoke with the staff and requested another room. The hotel staff promised a room change, but it never happened during our three-day stay. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, and the steam makes the room even more humid. The bath towels were poor quality. There was a lot of noise in the breakfast area, but the breakfast itself was good.
