It was good for the price. The staff on duty was helpful, and the free airport shuttle was very convenient.

Nice place. Good breakfast and clean room and corridors. Only minor inconveniences (i.e. one light didn’t work, pool a little small), but nothing uncommon for any hotel. Would recommend!

Non-working elevator. Our stay involved three dys and two nights. The elevator did not work during our entire sty.

We was there for a state competition and the help us keep the dry ice in the freezer and they was super nice Great stay and will stay here again

I felt the room could have been a little cleaner. The bathroom was the dirtiest. There was a lot of noticeable damage to walls and fixtures throughout.

Elevator was broken.

We stayed there 3 nights… no one cleaned our room all these 3days… elevator was not functioning and our room was on the 4th floor…. They promised they will fixed the elevator by tomorrow but never did… not very clean… breakfast was ok…

The entire property was subpar, dirty carpet in the hallway's, non-smoking room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Scented bag left in the ice bucket, scented bags are not to be used for food!!!!! Occupants in room above sounded like they were building something All night. Loud music playing well after midnight had to call front desk & still wasn’t turned down. Next night they said no occupants in the room but the noise started again around midnight. Will Not stay there again or recommend.

Parking was good. Staff was friendly. Our room had some issues: base to showerhead loose, peeling wallpaper in bathroom, shower curtain rod end missing, black hairs in bathroom and one of the beds, no free bottles of water at check in, no tv guide

I always judge a hotel by if I'm comfortable walking around in the room barefoot and this one did not past the test. I knew from the price that it wasn't going to be the nicest place ever, but it doesn't cost much of anything to keep your hotel clean. The staff was reasonably helpful but overall I didnt care for the lack of cleanliness at all. Also poorly maintained. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. Exactly the same breakfast both days also. The whole hotel had a smell of cleaning solution like they were trying to cover something up. My room had a faint smell of a smoker being in it but my in-laws room smelled absolutely disgusting. Like someone stayed in there for months and chain smoked. Not ok when you're paying hundreds of dollars per night.

The bed was comfortable, the shower very good and the breakfast delicious, the only bad thing was that the elevator was not working.

Do not stay here. The elevator was broke. I was traveling with my 80 year old mother and my husband with a hip replacement. They put us on the third floor. They kept telling me the elevator would be ready the next day and it wasn’t. The room had not been cleaned someone else’s body wash was left in the tub and soap and hair in the bath tub. Hair in the bed. Wjen I complained I was told I could talk to the manager at 7AM the next day. No customer service. My son went in to ask of the elevator was fixed so my mother and husband didn’t have to walk more than they already were and staff pointed to the sign that said do not ask. I paid full price and no one fixed anything. When asked for clean towels we were given one with a bug crawling on it.

To top it off, they said they were cancelling the reservation and refunding the money. However, it doesn’t appear that they ever cancelled it and 3 days later it’s still not showing it refunding!

Upon arrival, I was informed that the elevator was not working and I was also on the 3rd floor. I'm traveling cross country from CA so I have a few things that I need to bring into the room with me, which wasn't easy going up and down 3 flights of stairs. Additionally, the inside temp of the hotel was extremely warm once you left the front lobby area. The wings of the hotel that had the stair wells were significantly warmer than the rest of the hotel, and that's because the AC units at the ends were intentionally unplugged. So you have tk go through rhe hottest zones to hand carry all your things to your room. Not exactly helpful or fun. Plus, rhe room wasn't vacuumed (there were plastic tabs from new clothing tags on the floor), the shower pan has mold growing in the joint at the bottom, and the room was very dusty. It's a cpuple miles from the airport...but so are a few other places. Stay there instead.

The water pressure was sufficient and the bed was comfortable.

We were told we would be on the forth floor but that the elevator was broken. I told the desk clerk we could not walk up three flights of steps with our suitcase and other items. My husband and I are both in our seventies. So he did give us a room on the third floor. He lied saying the elevator was being worked on. We never saw anyone working on it and it still wasn’t working when we checked out the next day. The hallways were dirty, with tissues and old food left rotting on them. The stairs looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Totally disgusted because Comfort Inns have been my go to hotels in the past. Never again !!!!
