Comfort Suites Columbus Airport

Parking was good. Staff was friendly. Our room had some issues: base to showerhead loose, peeling wallpaper in bathroom, shower curtain rod end missing, black hairs in bathroom and one of the beds, no free bottles of water at check in, no tv guide

I always judge a hotel by if I'm comfortable walking around in the room barefoot and this one did not past the test. I knew from the price that it wasn't going to be the nicest place ever, but it doesn't cost much of anything to keep your hotel clean. The staff was reasonably helpful but overall I didnt care for the lack of cleanliness at all. Also poorly maintained. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. Exactly the same breakfast both days also. The whole hotel had a smell of cleaning solution like they were trying to cover something up. My room had a faint smell of a smoker being in it but my in-laws room smelled absolutely disgusting. Like someone stayed in there for months and chain smoked. Not ok when you're paying hundreds of dollars per night.

The bed was comfortable, the shower very good and the breakfast delicious, the only bad thing was that the elevator was not working.

Do not stay here. The elevator was broke. I was traveling with my 80 year old mother and my husband with a hip replacement. They put us on the third floor. They kept telling me the elevator would be ready the next day and it wasn’t. The room had not been cleaned someone else’s body wash was left in the tub and soap and hair in the bath tub. Hair in the bed. Wjen I complained I was told I could talk to the manager at 7AM the next day. No customer service. My son went in to ask of the elevator was fixed so my mother and husband didn’t have to walk more than they already were and staff pointed to the sign that said do not ask. I paid full price and no one fixed anything. When asked for clean towels we were given one with a bug crawling on it.

To top it off, they said they were cancelling the reservation and refunding the money. However, it doesn’t appear that they ever cancelled it and 3 days later it’s still not showing it refunding!

Upon arrival, I was informed that the elevator was not working and I was also on the 3rd floor. I'm traveling cross country from CA so I have a few things that I need to bring into the room with me, which wasn't easy going up and down 3 flights of stairs. Additionally, the inside temp of the hotel was extremely warm once you left the front lobby area. The wings of the hotel that had the stair wells were significantly warmer than the rest of the hotel, and that's because the AC units at the ends were intentionally unplugged. So you have tk go through rhe hottest zones to hand carry all your things to your room. Not exactly helpful or fun. Plus, rhe room wasn't vacuumed (there were plastic tabs from new clothing tags on the floor), the shower pan has mold growing in the joint at the bottom, and the room was very dusty. It's a cpuple miles from the airport...but so are a few other places. Stay there instead.

The water pressure was sufficient and the bed was comfortable.

We were told we would be on the forth floor but that the elevator was broken. I told the desk clerk we could not walk up three flights of steps with our suitcase and other items. My husband and I are both in our seventies. So he did give us a room on the third floor. He lied saying the elevator was being worked on. We never saw anyone working on it and it still wasn’t working when we checked out the next day. The hallways were dirty, with tissues and old food left rotting on them. The stairs looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Totally disgusted because Comfort Inns have been my go to hotels in the past. Never again !!!!

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and kind. However, during our stay, the elevator was not operational and we were on the 3rd floor. This was very inconvenient and hardship for others. Many guests complained about this inconvenience. We asked for a room in the first floor, but none were available. Other than the hotel was fine and close to the freeway and the airport…

For someone that has bad knees the elevator was not working and I was on the 3rd floor and had to take the stairs. I had my dog with me so having to let her out I had to use the stairs. All an all the hotel was decent.

Hotel was a little run down. Elevator was out, but staff carried my bags to my room. Breakfast bar ok. Orange juice tasted soured and apple juice tasted like water.

Location and parking was easy. Breakfast was ok at best but plenty was provided. Property was outdated, elevator out of service. Called to check in early gave time was told to come on in. Got there and was told room wasn’t ready so we drove 20 mins out of our way for nothing. Entire place was dirty and water pressure and pipe noises and spitting made it hard to shower. Staff was very friendly and accommodating after the initial check in mishap. Did not get any sleep due to the extremely loud noises, banging, screaming and kids running up and down the halls til after midnight. Rooms were spacious. Though many surfaces were stained and not cleaned or maintained. Good price but would not stay here again.

Great location and our room was very clean. Just that when we checked in they made us aware the elevator was broken. Other than that everything was good.

The room was decent, however, the bathroom sink drained slow, and the mirror in the bathroom was missing a bolt, when we attempted to iron our clothes for the day, the ironing board was also broke. The breakfast was probably the only thing we enjoyed. Around 2:00 Sunday morning we checked out early due to the excessive noise above us, and not able to get a good night's sleep. It was THE WORST experience at a hotel my husband and I ever experienced! We frequent this area often, and will NEVER stay at the Comfort Inn again! 0 stars!!!! I wish the front desk clerks were more customer service friendly/accommodating! How would you like to climb up 3 flights of stairs while on vacation?

Elevator was broken and they put us on thr top floor. Rooms were run down and not worth the cost per night.

Clean rooms, clean facility. Parking lot crowd a little off putting. Elevator was broken, being on the 4th floor with heavy luggage wasn’t cool but overall would stay again

Initially assigned a dirty room (bed slept in), woken up a 2am and asked to move to initial room (said it was now clean).
